GREAT CHEESEBURGERS BUT EVERYONE KNOWS THAT ABOUT SONIC!!!! My husband and son just picked up an order for 2 supersonic cheeseburgers and a single cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce tomato and onion and it had only KETCHUP on it, unable to eat it because it was so gross, come on SONIC, unless I order a large brownie bite blast, you guys can't get my order right? So that burger is sitting in the bottom of the trash 🗑. You should pay more attention, especially since I spend so much money 💰 at your SONIC on Central. Shame on you!! I should have gone to Wattaburger, you won't get my 30$ for a while 🤮

Drove up. Not really busy. I didn't have to wait long. Just picked up a couple burgers for me and my dog, John Luke. Server was friendly.

Took over 30 minutes to get our food, and that was only after pushing the button to check on the status. It was a mobile order, so food was paid for, or we would have left. They just forgot to bring it to us. The food was cold, but we gave up and just left with our cold food.

I had 2 separate orders, 1st cash & 2nd cc. The car hop brought the cc order 1st so I asked her to make sure she brings the cash order out cause that’s what I was going to tip her out of & I wanted her to get a tip. She brings my $10 meal with no receipt, I handed her a $20 she walks off and never returns. I called & the manager Holly told me they are trained if you say tip they don’t offer your change back! That’s entailment & guess if I had paid with a larger bill they would just walk off with it too! Holly asked me did you ask the car hop to make change? Why would I when you purchase something with cash you usually get change back! Sonic if you aren’t paying your employees enough please do because stealing is unacceptable!

I ordered a large real fruit strawberry slush and only got a strawberry slush with no real strawberries and after giving a 5 dollar tip and got what I got after arguing about ice cream in the slush when I completely and positively said I want a large real fruit strawberry slush and didn’t even get strawberries in the slush… So horrible and I left a tip bigger than the drink…
