Food use to be great...now burgers are cold. I suggest you order something they have to cook right then. They always forget groovy sauce with your fries. No ketchup either..no napkins. I have been coming here 10 yrs. Since I moved to Glenwood. Now I just get tea, can't buy my bag of ice anymore they won't fix their machine. New management please!

They can't get through their heads that without cheese means, do not put cheese on it! And the drive-thru speaker hasn't worked very well for quite a long time

They gave me a clear slush after ordering blue razz. I said something, the drive through lady took the slush, dumped some blue in and gave it back. She spilled it on me and slammed the window as I was asking for napkins.

This is one of the worst sonic I’ve been too. My wife and I had a simple order. The only thing they got right was the tater tots. Soggy toaster with no lettuce no onion ring. Isnt supposed to have mayo. Only thing I specified was no diced onions. My wife had one piece of bacon on her burger. Haven’t been to a sonic in a long time. Won’t ever happen again.

Madison who says she's a manager probably more like a shift leader has a major attitude. She's very nasty and rude . The menu says QP double cheeseburger 1.99 I was charged 3.69 the screen when she was taking the order was not working so I couldn't see when I was ordering. Got my receipt and I noticed. Madison kept saying something about a Jr burger being 1.99 I didn't order a Jr burger I order thr QP double cheeseburger and on the screen it says 1.99. Well Madison says there is nothing they can do bc corporate handles that. So you mean to tell me that the screen says 1.99 but you still charge 3 69? Doesn't .make any sense. As a manager Madison should of just given me my 1.70 for the difference. Then she says all this over Sonic . I'm sure if Madison was over charged for something some where it would be a different story. If that is a manager no wonder this location gets so many bad reviews. She kept saying im pregnant im pregnant so being pregnant means you can be rude and have an attitude I guess. Do better Madison and learn some people skills !!!
