This is honestly the slowest and most unprofessional Starbucks I’ve been to. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 12:58 PM. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I sat at the order sign for over five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When they finally did, I was told to “give us one moment.” I didn’t receive my drink until after 1:20 PM.

I understand that being busy is part of the food industry—I work in it myself. However, waiting over five minutes just to be greeted is excessive. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this location, which is why I felt the need to leave a review. I’m not saying I’ll never return, but I do hope they address this ongoing issue.

The only thing I don't like is they took away all the tables. We l8ved to go take a break and just sit and enjoy our beverage. I think that was a big mistake Starbucks did.

Drive through only. The Starbucks experience can no longer be enjoyed at this location 🥲

Parking: The atmosphere used to be great;but after it changed to a “drive through only”,the experience was lost. The employees don’t even have a window to look out of! When you could go inside;as a resident of the area;you got to know the associates on a first name basis ,and you felt like you had a friend. I wonder how corporate could make such a poor decision!? Take note: Seven Brew is right up the street

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the country and Never been to one without a restroom other than in an airport! Also, Never been to one where there is no menu! The associate is supposed to be the menu?? Bless their heart to answer all 20 questions I have to ask, and there are people waiting behind me? Also , no nonfat milk and ONLY ONE KIND OF SUGAR FREE SYRUP? Sorry Starbucks, this is a failing grade!!!

This Starbucks was just a go inside and order and leave type place. My daughter wanted to come here...got her something and me something but mine wasn't good. They tried to make me an iced coffee with vanilla flavoring because they didn't have a menu and told me to just try to explain what I wanted.

Dear "the they" or as the common folk call you, Corporate. YOUR LATEST REMODEL IS HORRIBLE. THIS ISNT A SIDEWALK VENUE. YOU HAVE RUINED THE ATMOSPHERE AND EXPERIENCE HERE. NOW MY LEAST FAVORITE STARBUCKS IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. LITERALLY. Most uncomfortable, unwelcoming, anxiety amplified atmosphere from a coffee shop experience ever. Shame on you. You don't deserve your job.
