Ordered the Cafe latte with vanilla. Didmt have much of the espresso flavor as strongly as most Starbucks usually have. Wife ordered sweet cream vanilla protein and I didnt have cold foam on top.

We stopped by on a trip to Hot Springs and encountered a less than warm welcome. I stopped around 3PM, during a bit of a lull, and it took several minutes for them to pour brewed coffee into a cup and serve it. There is no cafe.

šŸ‘Ž There should be some sort of notice or warning that this location is basically a small walk-up counter with no seating. With only two Starbucks in town, customers can easily waste half an hour driving here if they pick the wrong location.

We visited this store around 3:30 for 3 drinks. A guy got our order and tried to hand them over on a carrier. He released his hand without confirmation of a receipt. They were dropped hitting the car window outside and both cold drinks completely open and spilt outside the car, car carpet and driver’s pants as well as seat. Not sure if the lids were tightly closed to begin with. It was a disaster but thankful the hot Americano was safe. However, he flashily said sorry I would make this one over and went away. The other employee handed it over, and that was it. I am so stunned for the poorest careless service there. We lost an hour and energy wiping and cleaning there. Because car carpet and drivers area were so soaked, worse with sugar content, we now need to plan on a professional cleaning. What a day.

Had to deal with Manager (Dana) which I found to be so unprofessional and don't understand her role at that place. Completely rude and does not need to be in a management position. Complete Joke!!!!! Make changes!!!!

The baristas here do not care my drink wasn’t made correctly. I now know why I do not come to this location I’ve tried many times to give this location the benefit of the doubt this isn’t the first time. I hope this store closes next!

I came in a little while ago and a lady named autumn had served me my drink. She was very rude and I over heard her bad mouthing other employees aswell! Maybe it’s just me but I don’t want to be served by someone who can’t control her attitude! I’ve came to this Starbucks plenty of times and have never had a problem with the employees but this time did it for me. While I was ordering she acted like me ordering was a huge issue and gave me a dirty look. No greeting either just a ā€œwhat can I get youā€ with a very annoyed sounding voice. Sorry, but if you don’t wanna work in food then don’t young lady! Sorry to the managers I’m sure you’re polite but I’m gonna have to take my buisness else where. Managers please give her a talking to! Just wanted to inform anyone going there prepared to be treated like a burden!!

This is honestly the slowest and most unprofessional Starbucks I’ve been to. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 12:58 PM. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I sat at the order sign for over five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When they finally did, I was told to ā€œgive us one moment.ā€ I didn’t receive my drink until after 1:20 PM.

I understand that being busy is part of the food industry—I work in it myself. However, waiting over five minutes just to be greeted is excessive. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this location, which is why I felt the need to leave a review. I’m not saying I’ll never return, but I do hope they address this ongoing issue.
