Stopped by the Starbucks in Hot Springs, AR, and overall had a good experience. I got an iced coffee, and it was great — smooth, cold, and made just right. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely a good spot to hang out for a bit.

One weird thing happened, though. A homeless man who had been sitting in the lobby before and after the incident came up and grabbed my coffee right from the counter. The barista handled it really well — they were quick, professional, and immediately remade my drink without any hassle. I appreciated how calmly they dealt with it.

That said, I do think the store should be a little stricter about asking people to leave if they’re causing problems. It would make things more comfortable for customers.

Other than that, everything was solid. The service was friendly, the drink was great, and I’d definitely come back. Hopefully next time it’s a little less eventful. I left the review at 5 stars because of how it was handled.

This was the first time for me to visit Starbucks in a good while. (when we went to order, I remembered “why” $$$)
Back to my review. My friend and I spent the better half of 4 to 5 hours sitting inside the coffee bar laughing, drinking coffee and catching up. The place was clean, the atmosphere was cozy and the staff was kind and courteous.
I will add that once we sat our mind on coffee, we had a heck of a time locating an actual coffee bar that offered seating here in Hot Springs.

Issac is super sweet and attentive ! I accidentally put in an order for a different location, but he was able to fix it super fast and made sure I got my coffee! Thank you Isaac and the rest of the staff! :)
