My husband and I went and tried Stubby's this past Friday (I haven't been there since I was a kid) and everything was delicious! We tried a little bit of everything. The chopped pork sandwich with BBQ sauce was tasty and so were the deviled eggs, their crock of beans with chopped ham and bbq sauce on top, very good. Stubby's is one of our benchmark BBQ restaurants here in town. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes are generous, comfortable seating, fun atmosphere, and folks behind the counter have always been very nice and friendly. For hot springs it was good it's not the best BBQ or sweet tea I have had but it was good if ever back there I would eat there again the pit master is the one that cuts up the meat for u as well
