The guy working was there by himself. We had a wait bc of 3 mobile orders but he made excellent sandwiches & used a coupon for us. I got my 6in Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch for free bc of the coupon he had. Ty for the wonderful service.

The workers are rude and sandwich was not made to my liking. Literally the only thing I get on my sandwich is mayo and pickles. I couldn’t taste the mayo at all. I also like to get extra pickles to be able to have a pickle in every bite. I ordered online and went inside to make sure I got what I wanted and they said they rudely said couldn’t do more than 18 pickles on a foot long. That may seem like a lot to people who don’t like pickles. But for someone that loves them and that gets ONLY pickles- nothing else to break up the thickness of the bread- it’s not enough(they also didn’t even give me “18” & most of the pickles were so small, they should have either left them off or doubled them). My meal was almost $20 and could not get what I wanted. If I wanted some of every veggie- that would be okay- but not the pickles I wanted. Plus I counted them- not even 18 pickles there. Pickles are so cheap…. & If you’re going to say some random “allotted” number, then count them. Even tipped their jar at the end of it and not even a thank you. I will not be going back.

I am very disappointed with this store and guy working bad service since we walked in the door. We asked if we placed our order online if we could tell him exactly how we wanted it because it don't let you customize it on web, unless we could get same special inside, he said no that we would have to pay for it online. Which is fine. We sat down placed our orders. Someone else came in and he did there order why talking to them he going to say about how we couldn't place online orders after 9 but the web clearly says 9:30. So our first order she asked him to toast it more and he says it going to burn, she that's fine that's how I want it so why argue we can't say how we want our food? Then when done with order he slightly tossed it at her. No thank or have a good night just walked away. I'm standing there and I ask him to slightly toast mine and you could tell he was bothered by us because his friends came in they also weretalking about how online orders were not suppose be done after 9. Then I asked him if he could put extra pickles and olives because that pretty much all I get and he ignored me just looking at receipt which has extra on it I asked for extra sauces and they were dry. We love subway and eat there alot and 3 out of 4 sandwiches were the worst we have had and the worse customer service EVERR. Why he was waiting on us his friends seemed more important and he had lots to say to them but not a word to us. I felt some type of way that's for sure. Meanwhile, I was recording on my phone. So when he handed me my sandwiches I said thank you and that he didn't have to be rude that we were paying customers a simple thank you would have went a long way.

Food: Excellent as always but 5 star for very clean prep area. Service: Had wonderful and funny conversation with both front employees. Atmosphere: The first thing my child noticed coming in was the festive fall decorations.
I wanted churros. They didn't have enough. Only had 1 churro thawed out at 4. Would not let me order them and come back later. Would not sell me the one they had. Told me to go to a different location.Well, the other location let me order churros and pick them up 4 hours later when they were thawed. I will not be back to the Albert Pike location, them making me go to a different location showed me there is a better Subway, with better food and better customer service.

Today we went to buy all the vat there, until it was time to pay, I took out my 100 bill and they didn't accept, oh, they didn't have change, so a very kind person who helped me offered to go change my bill, which I didn't like that someone I imagine the person in charge of the place yelled at the lady, why did she go to change my ticket? This person in charge must respect the elderly. This happened at 1018 Airport Road Hot Springs. When I was leaving, I heard this person telling her that she should not do that thing of going to the bank to change. the ticket so they must do something to have change and pay more attention to that manager. I didn't like the way he treated his workers, even though they are older people, they do everything possible to get ahead.
