Had an order of 38 something dollars and wouldn’t accept a 50. I get it in a way but it’s also dumb in my opinion. Even had another customer in there agree with me when change was only 11

Today we went to buy all the vat there, until it was time to pay, I took out my 100 bill and they didn't accept, oh, they didn't have change, so a very kind person who helped me offered to go change my bill, which I didn't like that someone I imagine the person in charge of the place yelled at the lady, why did she go to change my ticket? This person in charge must respect the elderly. This happened at 1018 Airport Road Hot Springs. When I was leaving, I heard this person telling her that she should not do that thing of going to the bank to change. the ticket so they must do something to have change and pay more attention to that manager. I didn't like the way he treated his workers, even though they are older people, they do everything possible to get ahead.

If there was a way to put a negative or 0 on here I would do so. This is the 2nd time we have gone to this location on Albert Pike because we were working in the area and the same worker named Dustin was working both times and he was beyond rude, very unprofessional, personal hygiene definitely needs to be addressed as well. We own our own business and ALOT of times we work later and just stop and grab something quick but rest assured we will not be returning to that Subway. And to add a side note it's absurd that a company as large as Subway is not allowed to accept bills over $20!!!!???? What about workers again like us or others who just get paid and may not have anything but a $100 bill yet place a large order, food is done and ready to pay just to be told we can't take that payment it's our corporate policy!? That obviously should be addressed by whomever Corporate is because I'm sure it costs a lot of money having to throw away large orders of food because they are not allowed to pay with anything larger than a $20 bill. Ridiculous to say the least. I hope someone higher up in this company sees this and will be professional enough to handle the obvious things that need to be addressed ASAP before Subway loses ALOT more business.

I absolutely love subway and its one of my biggest pregnancy cravings. This location is closest to my house but very unpredictable when it comes to the order being right or wrong. When the guy is working the order is 100% right everytime. If the other lady is working there is always something wrong with the order. This time i ordered 2 '6 subs and even have the receipt to make sure i didnt put the order in wrong and it came on the wrong bread and was missing ingredients. Very unsatisfied and will definitely be driving to a different location from now on.

Management was very poor. She got upset and rude with me when I asked her for fresher tomatoes, due to the poor site of the very few "like maybe 12-14 left at bottom of pan." Only when I decided not to buy my sandwiches, is when she snapped very loud and rudely to the helper to go get the new pan of tomatoes. If it hadn't been for the helper having been there and he had already finished with my sandwiches except for only tomatoes, I would not have bought mine; I would have just bought my my husband's that had already been made prior to my ordering.
