Went to our Carpenter Dam Rd Subway in Hot Springs for the any footlong special for $6.99. Ordered at the drive thru, and was informed that I would get a free cookie also. Paid and got home. No cookie even though it was on my receipt and also was charge FULL PRICE for my footlong sub instead of the advertised $6.99. Very disappointing.
This was a horrible experience worst subway ever when I asked for not onions or peppers on mobile order it was still in there and I asked them to remake it and they were too busy to due so, the ticket was wrong but my mobile order said it was modified

Absolutely terrible experience with the 2 guys working on Sunday. Hardly put any veggies on our sandwiches, put barely any cheese and put it on completely stupid. They were so high they were moving as slow as possible. They couldn't give a shit for long enough to pay attention to what they were doing at all and said "I hate my life, is it 3 yet??"
