I ordered my daughter a 4 inch kids turkey sandwich. As you can see, the sandwich is not even 3 inches, has moldy rotten cucumbers on it, and literally 2 slices of turkey. And this is $6+ tax for 2 and a half inches of bread?? Also, your drive-through sign said free cookie for visiting the drive-through, and that was a lie. I am absolutely disgusted by this place and will not be back!

This place 9 times out of 10 never toasts my sandwich like they are suppose to, but the final straws happened last week and today. Last week I ordered a sandwich with Philly meat and bacon. When I got home I noticed it was untoasted and without bacon. Tried it again today, just a blt this time and even wrote in the comments I wanted it toasted, got home it was untoasted and without the 50% more bacon that I had paid for.

Yeah do not go here!! Was serving moldy food and basically just threw our food in the bag and sent us on our way. Very disrespectful people working front and the older lady (didn’t catch her name) looked like she was loaded on something acting like she was passing out ringing us up. Will never take our kids here again, if google wasn’t so sensitive I would give a 0 star rating
My subs have been usually wet or mushy when we pick them up the past month (we get them within 10 min of order), so I tried asking to have the bread toasted. Well, the edges were toasted but it looked like the top was scooped out and soaked, mushy, even the top of the sub was mushy, and I don't know what caused it, because it was chicken on top, and no sauce on top of the chicken. There was a sauce inside that didn't touch the bread. The cheese was supposed to be a sliced pepperjack cheese but instead it was an odd-shaped lump of white american cheese I found while trying to pick through it and eat it with a fork because the bread was mostly a mushy mess. I think this was the last straw, because another time I ordered something with a vinaigrette and so much was added that it just soaked through everything, and the next time I checked the box to go light on the vinaigrette so there was so little I almost thought it was skipped. I just want a regular sandwich that isn't horrible! I don't understand all the great reviews unless they purposefully did our order poorly because we ordered online. Anyways, I hope Firehouse sub is better!

I only gave it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. May 23rd at 315pm is the last time I will ever go in this Subway EVER. I have never felt so disrespected or offended in my life. The other customers in the store were just as shocked and appalled as me. I'm a business owner as well and would never allow an employee to speak to any customer in such a disgusting manner!!!
