Good service…. Mediocre food for the price.

We recently stopped by for a couple drinks and appetizers and had a great experience. The fried cauliflower was amazing, perfectly cooked, great flavor, and a good portion. I'm not sure if the hot springs water changed the flavor of the beers at all, but each of the four beers in my flight were solid and I'd definitely get them again. The best part though was the Ranger Steve merch, a local groundhog that's become a mascot for the brewery.

The young woman with brown hair in open seating area needs to be sent home. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. Unreal.

Superior is in the name. By far the best place to eat in downtown hot springs with reasonable prices!

Awesome Biergarten experience! Always love when the weather, the beer and taking our dogs comes together!

The food was actually good, the service was a joke at best. Really ask for mustard and receive two plastic sleeves - unavoidable at best.

Ridiculously bad customer service. Below mediocre food. Zero management. Zero attempt to make it right.

Absolutely stop here for a bite to eat and drinks! One of the best pretzels I have ever had. Recommend a flight to get started. All very good choices! Super fast staff, super friendly, and accurate with orders. Will stop here again!

Really excellent craft beer and surprisingly good food in a converted bath house with an outdoor patio with views of the park and boathouse row.

We had a great experience! the wait staff was friendly, the food was great and they’re pet friendly so my dog could come in for dinner as well.

Great food and beer. Recommend the jalapeno beer and pickle juice beer. Great service. Very reasonably priced.

I was a server 30 years ago and have two daughters in the service industry so I try to be very patient with other servers. However...

I had to flag down the very hostess I was standing directly in front of to get her attention. She was helping people that were cutting on either side of me.

When we sat we waited about 15 minutes with no one acknowledging us. I went back to same hostess who still proceeded to ignore me and after waiting for her to finish helping one group, I had to interject to get her attention before she went to the next group. All I wanted was for a server to bring our water. We had left bath house and were very dehydrated.

What felt like another 15 minutes some guy came and took our orders. My husband's beer came but not mine or my daughter's water.

Everything we needed we had to wave our arms and pray that server saw us out of the corner of his eye (to go boxes, check etc)

I was about to be the star in my own Mentos commercial and tie a tablecloth around my waist, grab a tray and some water and serve my family.

Food was good but service is just as important to me as food. Won't be back.

We stopped in while on our vacation from Texas. There was no wait at the time but the hostess was trying to help someone with a to-go beer order, take phone orders and seat people. Too much for one person to do. We sat outside. My husband did not care for the beer, I asked for mustard and never got it, I had to ask for ice twice and we were done eating before I got it. The food took awhile and none of it was hot… barely warm.

Request Brock if you stop by! His attitude is outstanding and his recommendations are on point. If you need someone to hype up your choice - he’s your guy. Honestly, one of the kindest servers I’ve met in a long time and genuinely seemed to be happy to be at work. People can make or break a moment. He made lunch outstanding.

Regarding the venue, your standard brewery and turn it up a notch and add in a little history… the beer list is extensive, with a little bit of something for everyone, including an amazing homemade rootbeer for kids and nondrinkers. Drink it fast as it flattens out quickly once in a cup. Plenty of burgers, nachos, and apps to go around. They have those terrible metal chairs that are everywhere anymore, but I give them points for having the wider ones - they were plus size friendly. Overall, there is plenty of variety and beef is sourced locally along with a handful of other ingredients.

Gluten free options are limited, but the Sweet Potato Salad hit home and was totally unique - definitely add the pork on top. It is a little foodie focused with some unique flavors and pairings offered. Burgers and sandwiches can be made over a bed of lettuce as an accommodation as well. The shared fryer limits options for strict GF followers and you should proceed with caution. No GF Beers are on the menu, but cider and other offerings are.

Overall, I’ll be back. The service stood out - with a friendly and helpful staff even amongst a busy window. Be patient things run a little slower… it is the south, it is a brewery, take it easy folks, and enjoy looking out the window.
