I went through this taco bell drive through, and had the rudest manager snap at me at the speaker that i needed to slow down and then asked me if i wanted to round up and i said no. when i pulled up to the window to pay this same manager i’m assuming was so rude to the poor guy that was trying to take the card to pay because we asked him to take off the extra charge. she said he was “slowing down her window and pissing her off.” i tried to call the taco bell to complain and was greeted again by the manager who proceeded to lose it and tell me that she was the manager and he wasn’t doing his job and she would have to fire him. I have never in my life had to speak to an employee like that to make them work. food was average, customer service was awful.

My kids had a free taco/burrito reward from school,they clearly state 1 PER CUSTOMER PER VISIT! There were six of them each had their own reward however some rude woman named BILLY claimed we were only allowed to use 1 for the visit even though it clearly said 1 per customer so she preceeded to make each one come in separately then her and the 2 other employees were running their mouth saying we better take them to another location. Everyone's attitude was deplorable the hateful rude obnoxious attitudes because kids wanted to use the rewards is disgusting! The gentleman with the long dreads was extremely polite respectful and professional he was the only one! Then because of the attitudes the food they made was trash and just thrown in a bag completely emptied into the bag! Whoever owns this store should really look into BILLY and the rest of the unprofessional people they have! Maybe pay attention to these reviews and do better. From the looks of other reviews I am not the only one who won't be back,PURE GARBAGE

If I could give zero stars I would. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we left was horrible. We went there at approximately 450pm Friday December 13th 2024. The girl taking the order was rude and had an attitude the whole time then there was a guy that came from the back I guess and gave my dad a dirty look then backed up. The food sucked ass. All of it was tough and the chicken stuff had very little in each item. They also forgot 2 of the chicken box items. We asked the girl for a bag she turned her head side to side turned around went and got the rest of our food and we said so no bags she said I can't find them and slammed the window in our face.

I literally just left for a second time just to see that they messed up my order AGAIN after already driving back up there to have it fixed. How hard is it to make a simple order of a 3 items no changed besides no lettuce on a taco. Whoever is taking these orders needs retraining or new head sets or speaker!!! Spent almost $20 on 3 on top of gas going back and forth. Just go somewhere to eat! Knew should’ve went to central location.

Loved the huge box meals with med. Drink, chips & dip, 5 layer burrito, double stacked beef taco, & a beef chalupa supreme for $7.00!!!!! Thats a lot of great food for Only $7 BUCKS!!!
