Came here late on the 23rd. Taco bell was very clean on the inside, which was very impressive. Good came in a good amount of time, and was good quality! There was an employee upset for some reason (not sure why) but the manager was very good about handling it. Several employees came up to us and asked how our food was, could anything be better, did we get everything, etc, which was very nice of them! At the end manager came to us and apologized for the earlier disturbance and gave us 5 vouchers for free tacos! Would come to this taco bell again if we visit hot springs!

I want to give an amazing experience today for so long this has been the worst Taco Bell to come to. But I had such an amazing experience today I will be back. They have truly done a 360 in service. Wendell is an amazing young man being extremely helpful trying to make sure that your experience is what it should be and he did a great job. They seem to have a better setup better employees so give him another shot if you were like me and just refuse to come here because of the bad service in long wait times

Love taco bell! Some locations in Hot Springs need better janitorial staff for sure but the food is always great and hot!
Line was not bad but took forever to get 1- 5pc nugget meal out and my drink was not sprite it was straight carbonation and water won't go back $ also the Lady at the window acted like it was normal and shrugged me off !!!

We have tried this one the last few times because it is the closest to my house and every single time the customizations and add on I PAY FOR are never added. They do nut update the app/website so you don’t know when your food is ready and it is always cold by the time you get there honestly it’s Annoying your getting paid to do a job maybe try doing it
