Bad food. Horrible customer service and long wait. 10/10 do not recommend

A little understaffed. But I guess it's really hard to tell anyway, i ordered and paid on the kiosk. No menu was available. And no one showed any interest in approaching me.Or approaching me or answering any questions I might have had. So, With little to no contact with a real person, i couldn't even claim to have been distracted long enough not to notice that a fairly small lunch for 2 people at Taco Bell cost nearly $25.
Went through the drive through with my boyfriend and little brother. the guy who took our order was very rude, rushing us, and continuously sighing. he said his name was “uhh jack” but the cashier name on the receipt was Michael. I understand if you’re having a bad day, I was in customer service once before too, but that is no excuse to treat people rudely. don’t work in customer service if you can’t deal with people.

My daughters bag was stolen, and the staff did nothing. Even told them that if it's there at closing, they take it home, which is theft. Didn't call GM or check cameras. Nothing but theives and lazy people work at Taco Bell. No wonder everyone gets sick from them.

They consistently get our orders wrong. If the ingredients aren’t wrong then an entire item is missing. We have never had an order from here that was done correctly. I’m not even being hyperbolic! Every time we order from here they get the order wrong. The people working there are honestly bad at their jobs…
Nacho fries and cheese sauce for them were cold, and idk why the drive thru exit lane is so damn rough, someone needs to put in a maintenance order or some shit in

Girl was on her phone while guy in back was making tacos by himself. Waited 20 minutes for my burrito and didn’t get my drink. I paid more for the drink than the burrito. Had to go back to work so I couldn’t wait for them. My friend didn’t even get her food.
