It was all good and if you download the app you can get some deals and just remember they've got two separate lines one for the app and one for the people driving through. 👍👍

I went through the drive-thru to order 2 bean and cheese burritos with red sauce. I saw I got my 2 burritos I drove to work opened them to eat before I went into work and the burritos were barely rolled and beans falling out of the tortilla. Luckily Taco Bell is down the street so I rushed over there went in to talk to them and get my food remade. I walked in and felt totally uncomfortable. I had 2 employees giving me dirty looks and three other employees come to check the receipt to be able to remake my order.. well they remade my order I get to work to eat and I open the burrito barley any beans a bunch of red sauce still and the tortillas were stale.. at this point I had no time to go back because I had to go into work.. so I threw away my food.. definitely lost me as a customer. And also going to lose my family’s business too. Because they have also had bad experiences with food at this location.

found some hair food , makes me lose my appetite real fast knowing it not mines , it’s a peice of a eyebrow but i just don’t get how you can miss that with covering it up 👎🏽

I like the convenience of this location. I usually get good service, and the employees are mostly happy. There have been a few times something was missing from order, and the employee was not smiling or said thank you. It's the simple things that matter! Overall, I would recommend this Taco Bell. This was the drive thru.

The girl taking orders at the drive thru is probably the rudest person I’ve ever had take my order anywhere. And, I’m from Houston so that’s saying something. I would t go back to that Taco Bell just because of her. However, the food wasn’t that good at this location either. Not a whole lot going for this Taco Bell.

I'm always a drive-thru usually late at night. I like it the way that they always process everything in a very expedient and professional manner. Everyone is always clean and well kept and courteous. Not one time knock on wood, I have I ever gotten my order incorrect. The representative is always patient with me also. And enjoyable experience you pay get what you pay for and at 3:30 in the morning is delicious.
We stopped by at 10pm on a Friday night. Not a long wait or anything. Order was right. But, we wanted to add cinnamon twists to our order when we got to the window. The guy said he couldn't add it to our order, which hadn't been finalized yet. Gave him the card and said no big deal, just put it under a different order. He ran the card, handed it back, then said we'd have to circle back around to order cinnamon twists. Made exactly zero sense. He tried handing us someone else's order, so maybe they were overwhelmed, but it just seemed he didn't know what he was doing or didn't want to do it. Either way, it was silly and we didnt pull around and spend more money at Taco Bell.

“Billy” was an outrageously rude lady. I will NEVER step foot into this Taco Bell again as long as “she” works here. She was very rude and did not help resolve the situation when the food order was wrong she had a snippy attitude and seemed to want to escalate the situation into something more serious. Disgusted by the poor customer service here.
