I never leave reviews but if you see this before heading to this Taco Bell, change route. Order was wrong and the sauce they make you pay extra for they filled the container to about 5% capacity as if we’re rationing out for a world war or something. It’s just offensive since they continue to raise prices as it is. I also waited around 15-20 minutes for 4 cars to get orders so it’s just pathetic management.

Good food in a very cold restaurant. The Young man that waited on us said he could not adjust the heat because there was not a manager there to tell him he could!! My suggestion is if you’re not going to take it out don’t eat here!!

Went to Taco Bell on airport rd for a door dash pick up and the blonde hair lady with glasses at the drive through window was rude and pushy. There was an issue with the order we were picking up and we were trying to fix it. The lady was so rude we couldn’t get two words in. Took up 20 minutes of the delivery time and going around through drive threw twice to fix the problem.

Man I love Taco Bell fav place to eat but I’ve went to this one on a lot and not once but TWICE there was hair in my food, once was fine in and I showed them they gave me a free taco coupon second time I was heading home from drive thru. Just grosses me out🤢

The (he/she)? Running drive thru seem like it did not want to do its job at all...order was messed up...fixed the chalupa that had sour cream was traded for ine without sour cream but we had also ordered some cheese potatoes and both of them were dumped out in bag and when we told it running drive through about it the thing working there would not do anything about fixing the order...we will never come back to this taco bell again!

The person running the drive through was very rude. There was a nasty smell at the window and they didn’t even try on our order it looks like. They messed it up and when we told the person at the drive through they were very rude.
I went thru drive thru and the person running drive thru was very rude. Our order was messed up and our cheesy potatoes both orders were tossed in the bag and lids were off of them and they were spilled all in the bag. I will not be going bag to this Taco Bell.

Nasty place, workers were doing weird stuff by the dumpster, the drive thru worker was very rude & disrespectful. They messed up our order, and also some of the things we ordered were dumped out in the bag when we received them. 1/5 do not recommend this Taco Bell.

It is ok. It has an online drive-thru, but they make you wait until the person in the regular line is finished ordering. It isn't right to punish us, because inconsiderate people didn't decide what they wanted until they got there. Look at the menu online lazies!
