It's been a dependable place forever. Sometimes I miss the old location on Central, it had character. The favorites are still staples today. My go-to is the Pronto Special #2 covered in cheese dip. A taco, chalupa, and a combo burrito are the perfect sampling. Give me extra red and green sauce please!! The others ordered the Deluxe Dinner which also offers a variety. I don't know how anyone would skip cheese dip either.

The taco and tostada were amazing. I am from out of town and wasn’t familiar with this food truck. My sister recommended it. WOW!! It did not disappoint. The owner & his wife were so welcoming. The food was fresh and had a beautiful presentation. The flavors were something I had never tasted and I have been to Mexico City to Cancun to Southwest Detroit. The flavors here are something to try. The next time that I am in town, I will return to Taco Express.

Ordered a chicken burrito, It was so dry and not Very flavorful.
Also ordered pupusas And I didn't get tamatoe sauce with It simply because They don't brother tô make It at all since "no one asks for It". I don't know anyone who eats their pupusas without tamatoe sauce, but If that were The case for some, I still don't understand The need to give an atritude simply for asking...
I do not reccomend This taco truck.

As a transplant from Southern California (Marine Corps Veteran), I have been searching for Tacos that'll satisfy the craving of authenticity. This location is as close as I've experienced to the street tacos in Los Angeles and Baja, California. The servings are exceptional, the corn tortillas are made fresh with every order and the meats are cooked tender, with an abundance of delicious flavors (I recommend the AL Pastor & Carnitas). They do not accept Debit/Credit cards, CASH ONLY. You won't be disappointed!

* I suggest going during the day! The pricing is very reasonable and affordable.

Parking: This is a stationary food truck, the parking is convenient.

You aren't going to eat in too many places for under 25.00 and have two burritos, two sodas and a bowl of nacho chips. The food was above average and my wife's chicken burritos was stuffed with chicken. I would recommend if on a budget or not.

Good roadside tacos and cheap too. Be sure to double check if you ask for no onions. Ours were loaded with onions after asking for none.

Food is excellent but costumer service is terrible . The manager is very rude, since the change in crews to me their attitude is bad.

Ditto the previous review + X = even a higher review. "When I lived in Hot Springs, I frequented Taco Pronto. Here it is 25 years later and the food is still hot, fresh, and delicious. This is where the locals go for reasonably priced Tex Mex meals." The previous reviewer 🔎of this topic 🪄🪡🎺🎻nailed it.🔨 🎵😎
