Worst experience in Hot Springs. First you are greeted by a rude unfriendly mad who basically frisked us, took my multi tool and charged us 5 bucks each to get in. 3 hours before the band started. Then we pick a table and wait for service, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, you get the picture. FINALLY someone waited on us. We ordered beers and tacos. Beers are expensive. Tacos were horrible. No seasoning whatsoever. The chicken was obviously frozen warmed up in a microwave with no seasons or flavor. Beef had no flavor as well, couldn't even eat them. When asked how was dinner I told them it wasn't good but she didn't even care or ask why. Terrible place, save your time and money and stay away.

Though not fancy, the menue is adequate and very comfortably priced. Staff is helpful and friendly. The entertainment was awesome. I can see why Big Chill is rated as an Arkansas top 10 venue.Wheelchair accessibility: They actually have this feature!

Worst service ever experienced. A barely 21 year old bartender runs the entire bar with a Sasquatch looking bouncer. Pay with cash if you choose to visit this establishment. It seems like they took more money off my card than necessary. Came in early with a friend last Sunday and we each ordered one drink and left. My card ended up being charged twice, a $16 charge and $19 charge. I’m not sure how a Long Island iced tea and a whisky sour cost $35 but I wish I had spent that money somewhere else. I would not recommend this place.

I only wanted to go in for a quick beer, but was made to buy a $5.00 "cover charge" because some band was playing there. Waited forever for the band to start, then it wasn't all that great of music. I left.Parking: Free parking lot, but it's all the way in back. Just seems like forever to get parked, in where your wanting to be.

This is absolutely a bar first and food second. Food is just very mediocre. Service wasn't bad but they are also servicing the bar. I would go back for the bar but wouldn't make it a food destination.
