My wife and I celebrated my birthday at The Vault, this was our 2nd time dining here and previously were not impressed(couple years ago). Well I'm glad we gave it another try because everything was amazing. The baked brie appetizer and french onion soup were both on point. My ribeye was cooked perfectly with a nice char and my wife loved her shrimp and grits. The hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating and our server Evan gave amazing service. Kudos to them for braving the snowy road conditions so they could give their guests a perfect dining experience!

First time here. We were able to be seated in the VIP area for our Anniversary. Great food and service. We had a party of 4. Going back in March with a party of 6. Chef came to our table and gave us a rundown of the menu and the specials. My wife and I received an anniversary card and two glasses of champagne from the staff. My new favorite restaurant in Hot Springs

Vault was absolutely amazing. We visited for our anniversary. We had a signed card at our table from the staff and so many who weren't even involved in our service stopped by to congratulate us! The food was also SO GREAT!!! We had potato soup (phenomenal), Caesar salad (so good), filets (a touch overcooked but still mouthwatering!), corn (delish), and Brussels (soooo yummy). Our server, skylar, was super attentive to everything!!

48th Anniversary dinner for 2. We were greeted at the hostess stand with a wish for a happy anniversary and a card signed by the entire staff. We were seated promptly and every need was tended to by our waitress Melanie. The food was excellent, my only negative comment was that the portion size of the à la carte side dishes were so large that we were unable to finish them even being shared between the 2 of us, and left no room for dessert . Highly recommend.

The food, drinks, timing and attachment to the speakeasy upstairs was a great evening of fun and entertainment.
