A little disappointed! I had made my reservation way ahead of date and had noted it was a special date night. Upon arriving hostess informed me they could not sit us at a special table because you were very busy tonight! It made me feel less important because of other customers. Why ask for special recommendations if they aren't going to be met? Everything other than that was excellent! I will return.

My family always comes here when in town and normally we love it!! This year sadly was different, they were out of rolls, my food was way overcooked and we spent 2 hours waiting on our food. Some of these factors could be contributed to the Holiday weekend, but there weren't many people in the restaurant at our late seating time. This being the first time this has happened, I would come back and they were very kind about meal, offering to remake/take off the bill.

Sklyar was and exceptional server, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. A young man, I believe his name is Robert made sure that my water glass was always topped off and never allowed to be wanting more. He was GREAT !!! The young lady that checked us in was also wonderful. What a great way to start the night! Pleasant, a beautiful smile and overall welcoming person.

We were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary and we dined privately in the actual vault! We loved the ambiance, the food was delicious, the servings were generous and the platings were excellent! Andrew, the Executive Chef and the manager both came in to check on us during dinner and our servers wonderful!

Vault exceeded expectations! Our sever was attentive and informative, making great suggestions for appetizers and main dishes. Our food was prepared to perfection-steaks at the perfect temp and tuna well seasoned. Best meal I've had in a long time-a gem in Hot Springs!

Don't miss this incredible gem in Hot Springs! Wow seriously some of the best food I've ever had. We had the burrata, the grilled cabbage, a filet with an au poivre sauce and some crispy potatoes. The service was great, the food was simply amazing. We will be back to eat here again!!

Saw online there was food, no menu was given offered. Ordered two “craft drinks” for $14 a piece… these were cheaper than the well vodka and water. $80 for four drinks. Not including a tip. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Absolutely out of this world. We loved everything from the appetizer to dessert. We were greeted politely when we arrived early, we were planning to happily sit at the bar and wait until our reservation time, but they got us right in. They stayed on top of keeping our waters filled and checked on us regularly. The food was incredibly delicious. The waiter, Scott, was so kind in explaining the menu, drinks, specials, and giving us his suggestions. He did not steer us wrong! The rolls were out of this world, I mean, come on, how can rolls and butter be so dang good?! We chose pork ends over Chinese black rice, Brussels, crispy potatoes, steak, and scallops. For dessert we had key lime pie and creme bridle. Stunning. The whole thing. The bartender was amazing too in making a special drink that was not on the menu, but the old fashioned, blackberry margarita, and hibiscus martini were downright the best drinks ever. We were very impressed and pleased with the whole experience at Vault and will gladly be back.
