Everything was absolutely amazing. We were celebrating a birthday and they made sure it was special evening. I audibly moaned at the first bite of salmon. Scallops were the best scallops I've ever eaten. We also shared the brie and it was amazing. 1264538/10

The Vault is a beautiful restaurant - an excellent place for a romantic dinner or just dinner with friends. My husband and I went with another couple and everyone loved their food. The grilled cabbage salad was a standout! Our server was perfect - there when we needed her but not intrusive. We had key lime pie for dessert and it was delicious. Pricey, but great for a treat. Highly recommended!

It was our second time visiting from out of town. The experience was great. The manager brought over two glasses of non alcoholic wine for our anniversary celebration. My husband's NY Strip was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. The only small negative was my risotto which was a tad bit salty. We'll be sure to visit again on future trips to Hot Springs!

After much research about the best restaurant in Hot Springs, my husband and I chose Vault for dinner during our post-wedding "mini-moon" trip. We are both foodies from Dallas with a love for fine dining, and Vault did not disappoint! Our waiter was amazing, and we were gifted complimentary prosecco for our celebration that evening. We started with the baked brie and fried green tomato appetizers...our first bites in, and we knew we had made the right choice with this restaurant. For the entrees, we decided to split a 6 oz. filet and 16 oz. ribeye that we topped with bleu cheese and lump crab. The chef came out to confirm that we wanted both toppings, and we loved his attention to service. Again, everything was impeccable. Our sides were also stellar: brussel sprouts, whipped potato, and goat cheese glazed carrots. We very much wanted to indulge in dessert, but we were stuffed and decided to pass. On top of a great meal, excellent drinks (smoked Old Fashioned and a blueberry lemon drop), the ambiance was very cool and romantic. I design chef-driven restaurants for a living, so I notice the details and atmosphere - both of which were present here. We highly recommend Vault to anyone passing through!

The food is fantastic. We had cocktails to start including the smoked old fashion and a blueberry martini. Both were delicious. The rolls are also delicious. We then shared Caesar salad and the soup of the day which was a leek & potato soup. The soup was amazing. Salad was good too. Both of us had ribeyes and they were cooked to perfection. More than we could finish so we had leftovers to bring home. We also got creamed corn, whipped potatoes & crispy potatoes. I highly recommend the corn and crispy potatoes. The whipped potatoes were just ok. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and were treated to a complimentary champagne toast and chocolate pots de crème. Very thoughtful and made the perfect end to a perfect meal. Our server Scott was great- very attentive. If we are ever back in Hot Springs we will come back!

Wonderful! The vibe is definitely chill. The food is orgasmic. They have salt and pepper on the tables but it just for decoration because you don't need it. The ribeye was perfectly prepared by the chef and melted in my mouth. The brussel sprouts were delicious lightly fried, the whipped potatoes phenomenal! The oysters Rockefeller had a touch of crushed red pepper in them that really set them apart from anything that I have ever had before! The pastry chef made a cheese cake that screams I should have my own show on the food channel. But let's take a minute to discuss the rolls. The rolls are a yeast rolls tossed in a honey butter and sprinkled with a tiny bit of sea salt. The lightness and the fluffiness of the roll added with the butter and sea salt is something you will never experience again. The way you eyes dilate and your taste buds cry from the pure joy the very second that the roll first touches them is a feeling that CANNOT Be replicated by anyone. In short when Gordon Ramsey wants to eat something he didn't cook and not worry about having to yell at someone, this is the place. Guy Fieri needs to come to this place because the true flavor town has been discovered!

For a special occasion The Vault is the place. You can't get this type of food any at other place in Hot Springs Ar. No Tie necessary. It was our anniversary and we will most definitely return.

The food was amazing - I had the filet mignon with whipped potatoes and steamed asparagus. The horseradish sauce that I put on my steak was fresh horseradish. We had yeast rolls with truffle honey butter (amazing!). My husband had the shrimp and grits, the flavor would have given South Carolina or New Orleans a run for their money. The service was outstanding, never had to ask for refills on water. Our waiter was quite attentive and very helpful with descriptions of food items, etc. Please visit this venue if you want food that is excellent.
