Everything was wonderful and delicious the only drawback is it took an hour to receive our food after we ordered. If your not in a hurry it's worth the wait.

Our second time dining at the Vault. Our first time was outstanding, and we were so looking forward to going again. The shrimp cocktail and raw oysters were spot on. Our entrée(s) then took over an hour to arrive at our table. My ribeye had excellent flavor, but I'd ordered medium/rare and it arrived pretty much medium and barely warm. My wife's new york strip, also ordered medium/rare arrived later (due to a mix up in the kitchen) and was closer to rare than anything else. At least it was hot. Things happen, and our server Melanie was outstanding through the whole ordeal, and the manager on duty did discount my wife's steak for being so late to the table, but it was definitely an underwhelming experience this go around. Not sure for the $$$$ that we'll return after our latest experience. *our dining experience from start to finish took almost 2 hours*

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary here, flying in from Austin with our children joining us from New York and Houston. It was an amazing dining experience...excellent service and delicious food.

It was our 1st time at The Vault and if we are ever back in Hot Springs we will go back! The food was amazing, oiled to perfection! The atmosphere was perfect for a kid free date night! The bread pudding was unbelievable! We are from Louisiana so food out of state is hard to please us...not at the Vault!

A bit pricy. Separate charges for everything. But very good food. Not the restaurant's fault but the parking app didn't work and later discovered there was no charge to park at that time on that day. The city needs to improve its signage.

A little disappointed! I had made my reservation way ahead of date and had noted it was a special date night. Upon arriving hostess informed me they could not sit us at a special table because you were very busy tonight! It made me feel less important because of other customers. Why ask for special recommendations if they aren't going to be met? Everything other than that was excellent! I will return.

My family always comes here when in town and normally we love it!! This year sadly was different, they were out of rolls, my food was way overcooked and we spent 2 hours waiting on our food. Some of these factors could be contributed to the Holiday weekend, but there weren't many people in the restaurant at our late seating time. This being the first time this has happened, I would come back and they were very kind about meal, offering to remake/take off the bill.

A young man, I believe his name is Robert made sure that my water glass was always topped off and never allowed to be wanting more. He was GREAT !!! The young lady that checked us in was also wonderful. What a great way to start the night! Pleasant, a beautiful smile and overall welcoming person.
