Horrible service!! Sitting here now and there is only one table here other than ours, they are a large party and it’s only two of us and we are being completely ignored. The server went to their table 5 times before even addressing us, we were able to order one drink after waiting over 20 mins. We have now been here over an hour and just finally got the server to stop after multiple attempts so we can pay and leave and go somewhere that actually cares to serve us. We will never ever be back!!!

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Vault. The entire team went out of their way to make it a fantastic evening. Our waiter Evan was great. He was engaging but not overbearing and his recommendations were perfect. The baked brie was outstanding. Our filets were perfect, and the dessert....go for the chocolate tart. It's worth saving room for. 10/10 fantastic experience.
We are from out of state and came upon The Vault a year ago upon a recommendation from a friend. We had an amazing dinner and loved it so much we came back a second night. The service and both meals were outstanding. We had an incredibly attentive waiter named Evan and we also met the chef, Andrew Disney. You can tell they both absolutely love what they do. So this year when we decided to go back to Hot Springs we made reservations for both nights there. Once again, it was incredible. Evan is extremely knowledgeable of all offerings and super attentive and Andrew has created and executed a wonderful menu and his execution is perfection. Everyone there has a common goal; to give you the best experience possible. When we asked the hostess if Evan still worked there she managed to move us to his area. This was greatly appreciated. We cannot say enough good things about The Vault. Best restaurant in Arkansas!

The food was excellent! And our server Mitch made us feel welcome snd at home. The lamb filet was fantastic. We had a cheesecake for dessert and the hint of rosemary in the crust was mindblowing good.

We decided to do a nightcap at the Heist following our dinner at the Vault. Boy are we glad we did. It really felt like we were being brought back to the 20’s with the decor and layout. Our server was very knowledgeable about the drinks and did not steer us wrong. I got the Scarface and my wife got the Ma Baker and the Scarface with added elderflower. We were also recommended to get the carrot cake bites, which were outstanding. Highly recommend this for a nice bar.

They made us feel so welcome and took care of us to the highest standard possible. The waiter , Evan , was still talked about this morning as to what a pleasant someone to be around. His demeanor was excellent, fun , but professional & thorough. The appetizer, , entrees and desserts were very tasty . Manager stopped by so we passed our compliments about Evan to him ... Bravo Vault our party will spread the positive word . Thanks

This was our second time dining in the private vault. The food and service are unmatched in Hot Springs. Waitstaff is among the friendliest we have ever encountered. Trust me when I tell you to get the Brussels Sprouts and grilled Broccolini.

Beautiful building inside and out. Every person we encountered staff wise was very pleasant. We arrived at our reservation 30 minutes early. So we sat at the bar and hand one of their AMAZING handcrafted signature drinks. The bartenders were friendly and very accomodating. Service was fast. Our waiter provided top class service, was very interactive and entertaining. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Delicious Vault Frites for appetizers. Enough for 3 or 4. Mains: vegan tofu beautiful, prefect prepared and plated. Beef bolognese absolutely fantastic and huge. Petit filet excellent but plating was not good. Small piece of meat on a huge platter. No garnish, nothing. Side served in separate dish. Desserts very good. Excellent service and ambiance. Love the lighted menus. Reasonable wine by the glass which were excellent!
The Chef and Staff went out of their way to give us the most amazing dinner experience we have ever had. The food was outstanding. The service was incredible, from Host to server. Memorable and will be back.

We were asked if food was ok before we ever had a chance to taste. After every course. When eating at upper end restaurant the courses should come out promptly. When servers come out, they should know who is getting what. I came in I was asked can I help you. Yes I have a reservation. What's your name? Henderson. Ok. What's your name? Henderson. Ok Just a minute. Your names Henderson? Yes. The problem may be the staff has never been to a nice place to eat and experienced first rate service. Maybe I'm being picky, but I don't like someone picking up my water glass in the palm of their hand filling it then slamming it down on the table in front of me. I have visited multiple times. I always leave a $100.00 tip. I only left a $50 dollar tip which was 22%.
