Terrible. I called 3x leaving a voicemail for a 40th birthday. We did not get a call back until we called thru the hotel . I was then told a voicemail had been left on my phone. This was not true. I then received a call from the hostess (after the manager accused me of not getting a voicemail) , to let me know they could not accommodate our request but confirmed this was their first time to call to me. I was accused of lying about a voicemail that was never done. Very very disappointing customer service . Would not recommend

Our waiter, Austin, was fabulous! Great recommendation on the Riesling. Our table of four had two bottles. The lamb was perfect and the pork bellies with the potato wedges was very tasty! Nice charcuterie as well. We were very full! Will come back for more!

Wonderful experience from the atmosphere and service to the food. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The trout was wonderful as well. The Crispy Brussels & Smoked Mac & Cheese were delicious. Our server was Joy and she could not have been more lovely. We will definitely be back.

Although our server, Joy, warned us she was brand new she proved to be knowledgable, attentive, and beyond capable of providing an overall incredible experience. The food was very surprising—in a good way! Nothing we ordered came out looking or tasting as we expected. We were absolutely delighted from start to finish! We started with the complimentary house bread and butter. Do not skip this! The specialty flavored butters are a surprising treat with the warm, fresh baked bread. We then enjoyed a harvest salad and ahi tuna wraps, both fresh and flavorful. As our main, we shared the catch of the day, etouffe, which came with corn, scallops, and the main dish over rice. The scallops were perfectly seared, the cream sauce with the corn was amazing, and the dish itself was delicious. By this point in the meal, we were positively stuffed! The portion sizes were big and overall such a great value given the quality of the ingredients and flavor profiles we experienced. We wrapped up our meal with the bananas foster bread pudding which, sadly, was the only thing we actually paused and took a picture of. This dessert, like the entire experience, was exquisite. We will definitely be back and can't wait to try everything else on the menu. Highly recommend!!

The appetizers and salad were good. Our brand new waitress did a great job. Dessert was good. Unfortunately the almond crusted trout was extremely bland. We don't think they used any seasonings at all. We had to wait in the bar for a bit as they said our table was not ready yet. The bar has a great vibe and the bartender was wonderful. When they alerted us our table was ready we asked if we could possibly have a booth, the manager told us no, the two booths that we could see were empty , she said they had to keep open for other people coming. Also, not sure why we had to wait as when we walked in there were 8 tables all the same size available. As we were leaving (close to closing time) the two booths were still empty. Service begins at the top and trickles all the way down through the entire staff. If a manager is not interested in assisting diners have a great experience the staff is going to pick up on that and follow suit. We will not waste another dinner at The Oak Room.

Found the food subpar for the price. Smoked Mac and Cheese was too smokey, filet with regular seasoning was so salty, I couldn't finish. Glass of wine was sour and sent back. Area was too noisy and hard to carry on a conversation between two people. Unfortunate that I can't recommend.

Ambiance was great and service was great. The menu was unimaginative. I think they forgot to put onions in my onion soup. Other food was ok but way overpriced. Cocktails and wine also way over priced. Only chardonnay by the glass was $19 and the pour was poor. We will never go back as there are many good restaurants in Hot Springs to go to.

Johnnie is a great waiter. Seemed experienced and showed enthusiasm. The drinks were amazing. It's an experience. I had the filet mignon 8 ounce with creole dust, baked potato and tried the charcuterie appetizer. It's a good look for Hot Springs.

Waited over one hour food and a six person table came after us and had finished before our food got to us. Restaurant apologized and comped our check. Nice of them but no excuse for tardy service

The pork belly is amazing. Steaks are very good. Excellent overall food quality. It's moderately expensive so I gave it a 4 on value. But that's like complaining about the gas mileage on a Shelby mustang. Will go back.

Worst food we have ever had at a nice restaurant. We ordered a 6oz fillet mignon, brine chicken, cap ribeye and the salmon. The 6oz filet was no more than 2 ounces, I would have been embarrassed to put this tiny steak on a plate if I was the chef. My husbands chicken was way over cooked, he did complain and got it taken off our ticket but when he showed the waitress she could clearly see how dry it was. My steak was in noway a ribeye, it had zero marbling. The salmon wasn't bad and our baked potatoes were good. We sat here from 7pm-9pm also which was way too long for dinner. We are all disappointed and will not be back.

Without question, to have a great experience, you must have Heather as your server. I trust her opinion and her service is impeccable. We had sea bass special, potato & lobster tail. Food is always great. Hats off to hostess, Heather and chef!

Excellent dinner before concert. I had the lamb with pappardelle and my friend had the duck. Everything cooked to order. The wedge was outstanding. Our server Allen was attentive and accommodated our requests.

It took one hour and twenty minutes to get our food. I had to send my 6 oz filet back twice. I order medium and both times the steak came back rare. I lost my appetite after the second mishap.

Oak room was such a let down. 0/10 don't recommend. Ambiance was beautiful. Food was 0/10. We went for our 10 year anniversary, but unfortunately my husband had to send his food back and my scallops didn't have a sear on them and were $65 for 4 scallops and Cajun risotto. We will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone. $175+ for 2 entrees and a split Caesar salad.
