I didn’t eat here, I was just looking for the best old fashioned in town, and I found it. The view is great, fun atmosphere, blah blah blah, the bartender Kristin KNOWS how to make a drink. Stop by for after dinner drinks, you won’t be disappointed.

Kristen was terrible at the bar inside. Went there today with my family. She was rude to my entire family. My sister in law first, my brother, sister and dad. I realize people have bad days but this was ridiculous. We came up to bar to have a drink and enjoy the day. I didn’t even buy a drink from her because she was so rude to me. I just walked away and said I am not going to even buy anything from her. Literally kept giving me dirty looks and didn’t even ask me if I needed anything. Just left me standing there. You are going to continue to lose business if she continues to treat people this way.

My whole family came to have a drink before dinner and Kristen, the inside bartender was one of the rudest bartenders that I have ever experienced. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or if she was just a miserable person, none the less she was beyond rude! Just an fyi, you guys are going to lose business if she doesn’t straighten her attitude. As a person that has been in customer service my whole life, I would never treat a family, especially one trying to make conversation, in such a terrible way regardless if I was having a bad day. Kristen, do better.

We have been several times previously but it has really gone downhill. Absolutely terrible service. The bartender (90s choker, body glitter face) was extremely rude. When I asked about non alcoholic options she rolled her eyes and snapped that they don’t have anything. I decided not to get a beverage and then realized others in our party also decided against ordering after how she responded to them. We let the 4 people that ordered drinks finish before leaving. We would have loved to stay for a couple rounds and apps but we felt unwelcome. We left and went somewhere that provided a pleasant environment.

My wife and I love this bar. Great views. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, the bartender (Kristin, I believe) was so rude that I don’t think we’ll be back. She seemed to hate her job and she took it out on the customer. Really bad experience. Whatever is going on in her life, I hope it gets better.

The service here was extremely poor. I told the waitress I planned to order additional dishes and drinks after reviewing the menu, but she **never** came back – not even to take payment. I had ordered one dish before she disappeared, and later I overheard a kitchen staff member point to us and ask, “Did they order something?” Her response: “Oh yeah…” Clearly, our order had not been communicated. We were already on the verge of leaving, but after seeing this exchange, I knew they were working on the order, so I waited. The dish came, but we were not going to order anything else. We had to *beg* at the front to pay. No one was paying attention. We could have easily left without paying and no one would have noticed or cared.
This was a Saturday night, yet the restaurant was not busy – just us and one other couple. The other couple had the exact same experience. They had to beg just to get water and also to pay.
We left hungry and ended up going to another restaurant to finish having dinner. For a Saturday night, when you’d expect the best staff, the lack of service was shocking.

The outside seating provides the marvelous view of bathhouse row and the park. Shade cloths and plenty of seating are provided.

This was conveniently at the top of our hotel. Great views. Food and drinks were good. Service was a little slow the second night but it was around happy hour on a Saturday.

Way over priced! 20$ for a long island that was nothing but a fountain coke. No alcohol if any. We declined ordering any food. The menue is so over priced for the same food you can get at a quick stop. Skip this place all together. Go to Bubbas Brew house.

View is amazing. Drinks were priced well. The hotel need to sink some money into the street side area.

I was not very impressed. The food was nothing special. I had a hamburger and it was good. But a good hamburger is not hard to come by. The sole mocktail was wildly overpriced at $10. The hummus and pita chips appetizer was extremely bland and not worth the money. I don’t drink and therefore can’t comment on the quality or taste of the drinks. In spite of not being too busy, the service was slow. The music was really loud and made conversation kind of hard. The only really good thing I can say is that the view is absolutely gorgeous. Go here for the beautiful view. Don’t go here for an amazing dinner. And I wouldn’t recommend it for a date, either.
