Liked this place and will likely return. The new chairs and bar stools are pretty uncomfortable and the service is slow. If those items were addressed, I could see this place packing out nightly.

The view was great but we couldn't get service after being seated. Gave the benefit of the doubt with places being short handed now days but 45 minutes of waiting and no service. Embarrassingly took my date to another restaurant. Would have been a great experience if we could have got service. The only part of this experience that deserves a higher rating is the view.

If you come with extraordinary expectations, you may be disappointed. The reason for coming here is the view, which is spectacular! Having said that, the beer was good. The chicken wings were the best I've had in a long time. Our server Britavia was an absolute delight. What could go wrong? Weather maybe, but we were here on a very beautiful day. Hard to find this place though....ask someone!!

My friends and I were super excited when we went to the Rooftop Bar for the first time. We were told we can find a seat outside and he would bring us menus. He brought us the menus. For 45 minutes we didn't get our order taken, checked on or even asked if we got our order taken. We also didn't feel that the employees were dressed appropriately for the type of restaurant it was. Just seemed unprofessional and didn't match the atmosphere. After being there for so long there was a another party that showed up and they got their order taken within 5 minutes of them sitting down. After that we gave their menus back and left.

Such a fun experience. The views are stunning and the food was the best of our trip. The pulled pork nachos and chicken tacos were incredible. My cobb salad with grilled chicken was fresh, delicious, and filling. My kiddo said the hamburger sliders were great too. We all left full and happy. Make this a must see if you're in the area.

Not bad……just had a few drinks and an appetizer. Service was ok. Chips cheese dip a salsa was awesome!
The Lemon Pepper Wings were hard, dry and the flavor was nothing close to lemon pepper. The drinks were very watered down and I could barely taste the alcohol in the Long Island Tea. The atmosphere and the service was amazing.

Atmosphere is everything! Nice rooftop view of Hot Springs. Drink selection was good. Prices were on the high side. The live music is wonderful. Misters or fans would be nice in the summer. It was hot!

My favorite spot in Hot Springs to hang out!! I always bring my out of town guests here! We love it and love all the waiters and waitresses attitudes and they just make this place feel like home! Oh and the new menu is GREAT! I’ve never had a bad experience ever!
