It’s normally really good, but the past two times I’ve gone they added something to the food that I’ve requested to be taken off. Then I’m just paying for food I’m not able to eat

I tell you what... this is my Sweet place I go to every time I get thru with my workout.
The Smoothies are unbelievably Delicious, I try a different one every time.
I tried the oatmeal fruit bowl
I tell u what. I've never had such a treat like this.
Yes it cost more than McDonald's & Sonic but this is all healthy & worth every penny

I know it's the South but these people give slow a whole new meaning. No matter what u order be prepared for a minimum 10 minutes wait and that's on a quick day

NEEDS better management, Nicole the shift lead is very lazy always on the phone can’t even focus on the customers. Ella the GM doesn’t care about nothing as long as Wendy or Sondra picks up the slack. Seems like the manager above Ella doesn’t care either as long as the store is getting ran no matter what condition

Food is not bad, good for something quick. Service isn’t fantastic, could do without the bad attitude when my husband didn’t leave a tip at the drive-thru. Maybe Tropical Smoothie can pay the staff better so they don’t rely so heavily on tips for not waiting tables…

Ummmm hello! I get the same smoothies twice a week. I get down the road and sip my smoothie and it tasted like ice with a tiny hint of flavor, so I try my daughter’s smoothie and it has even less of a taste. Like I said, I get these twice a week so I know what they taste like. I take them back and very nicely say these don’t taste right. I told them they had no flavor and just tasted like ice with a hint of flavor. I even said I’ll pay to add extra flavor. They remake them and hand them over. I drive off expecting the same yummy goodness I usually get and nothing - they taste the same as the originals. What’s up? Are y’all trying to cut cost and skimp on the fruits or something. I get home and my daughter says this doesn’t have any flavor. I said yep but for $15 we are gonna drink them. Not impressed at all, Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Booooooo
I ordered Mango Madness and Sunrise Sunset. Virtually no flavor in both and my Sunrise Sunset also tasted very bitter.

Sure, it’s great to get a consistently good smoothie at the drive-through, but it’s even better that the staff know my name and smile big every time they hand me my drink. How fun is that?!
