Suffice it to say, $32 for 2 very small acaí bowls and 1 smoothie is absurd. I recommend going to Sam's Club and purchasing a box of 4 acaí bowls for the price of one at this establishment. The drive-thru cashier was very cordial and friendly! If you're on a budget, this is not the place to visit! It was my first and last order!

Just found a hair inside the smoothie cup stuck to the side of it, after I drank half of it already. Never removed the top, and I have long hair, so it's definitely not from me. Pretty disgusting.

Was't the least bit impressed with my first ever visit with the gal at the drive thru with the personality of a rock. No smile, not thank you, no nothing but rock cold. If I was such an inconvenience to her and this place I will not bother them again with my face or my dirty money.

Tried them for the first time a few days ago. It was SO good! The chicken bacon ranch is very flavorful and the bread it’s in adds great texture. I love that you can couple it with smoothies! Will definitely be back!

The food is usually always good with no mistakes. But today, i went through drive through and got an edible straw and a flatbread without tomatoes. But my straw was broken in half, so I went in and asked for another. That was also broken, so asked for another and got asked if I was breaking them. Why would I break a straw I want to drink from in the first place? Finally got one unbroken. But my Flatbread had the one thing I didn't want on it. Honestly, lucky I'm not allergic to tomatoes. Really, just be more careful with your orders.

Never had an issue until tonight. I went through the drive thru and ordered a smoothie and a Thai chicken salad, i get all the way home only to discover ZERO chicken on a chicken salad. Not to mention they were out of bowls so my salad was in a box. I was not driving all the way back to have it corrected. Very disappointing and the girl who answered the phone couldn't care less. Customer service at it's finest.
