Cool place, but customer service and care for customer experience overall is trash.- On one occasion it was still about half an hour until when the bald guy said they closed, but for some reason he had to confiscate my beer, that I paid for and was in the middle of drinking, because it was apparently after legal drinking hours…never heard of such…- On one occasion I tried to bring my 18y/o sister inside with me after the St. Patrick’s Day parade, as she rode with me to the parade, and they said she couldn’t even come inside the building? So I had to leave…- On another and the final occasion I had here, me and my buddy (who’s actually a well revered commercial contractor in town) couldn’t even get a table to play on or a spot to sit at that wasn’t getting dripped on from the ceiling. He offered to help them with getting their problem resolved but no one even seemed interested in anything other than cleaning up the puddles.There’s plenty of good pool halls in town, I hate that I won’t be coming back to this one again…

Excellent place for people over 18 but you are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages until you prove that you are +21, it is a unique adventure with good taste music and you can pay to choose the song you want and listen to it at full volume which is ideal for people They like to party ?, my opinion is four stars ? why does it need staff to exclusively attend to each table.Excellent place for people over 18, but alcoholic beverages are not allowed until you prove that you are +21. I have been going here for weeks and we spent alot of money there. Last Saturday we went there We spent over $300 just that night. We ordered some drinks. Then I went to to the bathroom and when I came out. They were super in our face like get out now. We still had 3 drinks. I try to drink one of them. They was so rude about it. We was rushed out of there like fast. If that is how you treat your customers that way then I will do my business some where else.

The owner literally doesn’t do anything when the customers get violent (unless it’s violence against her or her close friends). My fiancé and I are both disabled and we were threatened violently by another customer and the owner did nothing until my fiancé stood up for herself and twisted it into my fiancé causing problems. This is one of the worst bars I’ve ever been to. Which is sad because I actually use to love going here.
