If ZERO stars were an option that's what I would give Walmart on Albert Pike in Hot Springs. After work I went to do some grocery shopping I went to the self check outs and I had to run to my car real fast because my boyfriend had our card. I informed the Walmart associate. When I got back inside the Walmart associate accused me of stealing & saying I didn't pay for everything. That made me so ANGRY! I have NO need to steal at all. I have a good paying job, I have never stolen anything in my life & I don't plan on starting now. Then the Walmart associate began harassing me and following me saying make sure you pay for everything. WORST EXPERINCE at a Walmart EVER! I will NEVER go back to Walmart on Albert Pike again.

Oblivious shoppers. A young woman, with a plastic cup, begging for money(near the checkout lines). Strangest, most difficult layout of a store. Took forever to find anything. The one positive takeaway: they had about a dozen cashiers which made checkout a bit quicker than the self checkout line.

The VISION Center. Don't go! It is the most disorganized store I have visited in 6 decades on this planet. It seems to be run by a group of 9 year olds that have no earthly idea how to provide service. Sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not. I made my 4th 1hour drive to the store today to pick up my glasses. Still don't have them. First visit ordered glasses with my new prescription. Second visit came to pick up finished glasses only to find they ordered the wrong frames. They didn't believe me and said they would have to review video of my visit...told me to go home and use the wrong glasses to at least see if prescription was good. As I pulled into my driveway they called and said indeed...they were the wrong frames...so come back sometime Third visit returned to show them correct frames and get measured. Fourth visit arrived at to pick up glasses...doors were locked and sign indicated they go to lunch from 1-2. I Left and returned an hour later. Fifth visit....doors still locked. Went into main store and accessed that way and there was someone there so asked for glasses. She said she couldn't give them to me, only certain employess could...and they just went to lunch and would be an hour or so. This was well past lunch hour. But apparently the person had been so busy and could not leave on time. I had to drive the hour home as I had appointments and could not wait another hour. So I have another hour drive to try and pick up glasses again tomorrow. Will correct employees be there? Will the glasses be correct? All I know is I will never order 400 dollars worth of glasses from these yahoos again. They do not know what they are doing....and worse, they don't care.

this store in particular does not adhere to state laws on tax exempt. will not remove state sales tax on ammo due to someone at corporate that has some federal law between manufacturers and distributors confused with state law. they are the only ones that give me a hassle. the personel are rude about it and will not budge. i have contacted the dfa to get them to comply. "satisfaction guarantee" is a thing of the past...sam walton would never have stood for this kind of treatment. the manager operates more like a k-mart. they wont answer the phones and it rings for an eternity before just hanging up. not having a good experience with this store.

The meat was still being sold after expiration date. Unfortunately we didn't notice when buying it but after we arrived home and was ready to cook that ribeye steak smell was alerting. So I checked the date and her it was expired yesterday. Shame on you walmart selling expired meat.

I went through Mr.Floyds line today, Wednesday. The lady in front of me was thanking him for being so nice and making her laugh. It was my turn he waa a joy with that kindness and jokes. Loved the hat and the feather in it. The people behind me were smiling and laughing along with us. It was great to see this friendliness at a check out line. We need more people like him.

I really realistically do not understand anybody giving this Walmart location even a modicum of a good review! This Wal-Mart FedMart aka ChinaMart location SUCKS big time! Unhelpful, unfriendly do-as-little-as-possible employees are pathetic. Zero customer service. One might come across a semi-helpful with a halfway decent attitude here, that is, if you can ever find one, but that is very scarce. All in all try to avoid this Albert Pike location at all costs.

Went there again for oil change. That's on me. Should've known better. Got home and was half quart low and oil didn't look fresh. Checked the filter and they had not changed it. I guess it was too much trouble to remove 4 bolts on skid plate to get to it. Called the manager and he said bring it by and auto center would check it in the morning. Was going out of town before they opened and couldn't. I thought it was weird when I took it in that it only took 15 minutes. $45 down the drain.

The self- check out lines are a joke. When their is a malfunction from the machine waiting for more than thirty seconds makes the customer feel like a beggar or an idiot. Striving to pay my hard earned money is wrong. I waited almost five minutes only to be told that it was nothing I did and it was the machine's fault. Tell that to another idiot that will believe a trillion dollar company can't buy a self-checkout register that works properly. This is a chronic issue. I don't like Wal-Mart on Albert Pike in Hot Springs, Arkansas. And it is always the dang CSM's fault. They work women like dogs. I waited for about five minutes because she was busy with other customers.

I do buy from here a little too much! Good bakery items. 98% of the time it's been fresh. I'd say that's pretty good! Really clean. I would recommend it.

Nice Walmart. I usually hate going into a Walmart but often need to when on vacation. The employees are usually rude and uncaring but this location was different. Nice folks who actually smiled. And they carried everything we needed.

It's the bathrooms. They reek of chemical cover-up odors. Please use soap and water. And, where are the paper towels to dry my hands? Air hand dryers are a health hazard. Why would I touch the door handle with my clean hands? If you want more customers, please clean your bathrooms. Nothing further from my mind than shopping after the smells in your bathrooms. I left to go outside and clear my lungs.

I enjoy looking at the fat bottom women on the check out line.

Nothing is really good here. We shop at Wal*Mart because there is no Target or anything else like that here in Hot Springs. 3 Wal*Mart and soon a Neighbourhood Market but no Target? Why?
