We gave it 13 minutes with zero acknowledgment — no greeting, no drink order, nothing. Two tables after us were served right away while staff sat at the bar eating.

When another couple barely sat down and already had drinks in hand, that told us everything we needed to know. We left. First and only time here.

The good wasn't that great for the prices. I'd rather eat Red Lobster. Sorry but that how my guest and I both felt.

Crawfish here is as close to or Better than South LA. The seasoning is perfect. We get the boiled Shrimp, Crawfish and Crab legs. Service is always on point.

We went to eat for our 9th wedding Anniversary weekend and it was was wonderful. We played Bingo and everyone of the staff were helpful and amazing❤️❤️❤️

The food is the BOMB. However, the service isn't. We waited over an hour and notified the hostess and she didn't write our name down on the list. The food was good but service needs help.

We ate here for the first time today and it was awesome! Great service, delicious food and great drink!

Drove all the way out here after looking on Google which said it was open only to find that it was closed. Got here at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and it was supposed to be open at noon. I don't know why it was closed. Last time I was here several years ago the food was excellent. Hopefully they didn't go under.

First time visit last night, won’t be the last!! The place blew us away. Everything was so good. Crawfish meat pie, crab legs, boiled shrimp, potatoes, corn…. All Great spice and absolutely delicious. Try the Cowboy Colada!!! I never would have thought to blend whiskey w coconut but it is my new drink, I just hope I can recreate it as good once we get back to NWA. Now about the service, ask for Kristin! Very attentive but not bothersome, super sweet in offering us another table due to the vent, made wonderful suggestions, and always had a smile on her face. She deserves a raise, she is awesome. This will be our Hot Springs spot whenever we are in the area. Thanks Ward’s and Kristin. Y'all rock!!!!!

I reserved a table for 12 to watch the Hogs game and it was the best decision. This was our 1st time coming here and we will be back. Our waitress Annie was on her game. She handled ALL the things all by herself and did a wonderful job! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome to watch the game! We was very impressed! Great job Annie and the cook in the back!

We love this place, and these people so much. They always treat us like family. It has been months since we have been able to make the 2 hour drive to eat at our favorite restaurant in Arkansas....however our server was able to remember how to prepare our special needs son's fish a certain way. We did not even ask, and she brought it out just they way he loves it. I'm convinced this restaurant has the best catfish in the state... We love crawfish season but this place is great all year long!!!! THANK YALL! Keep up the good work! Great food, great folks!
