Sunday day staff bottom of the barrell, would not recommend this place during a weekend day. One member had his pants down not sure if he was advertising,or what that was all about ???? The guy behind the counter was laid over the front counter on his phone and had an obvious hearing problem with taking orders, finally left and went to sonic

Dined in 10am for breakfast. Lobby was very dirty. Several dirty tables and food all over the floor. Didn’t get greeted for 5 minutes after walking in. Guy in the kitchen was hollering complaining about orders coming through the drive through. Needs better management.

I ate here a few nights ago, when looking thru my bag I noticed my sauces were not in the bag. I bypassed the speaker and went straight to the window to give the car behind me the opportunity to order and not hold up the line, that is where they ignored me and kept acting like they didn’t see me even the night manager. While sitting there I noticed how nasty the back of the fryer was with caked on grease! Please do better! To know better is to do better! Would you want that service or serve your family out of those fryers?

If I could give it zero stars I would when it comes to the food aspect. I got a baked potato that the skin on it was rock hard and the only thing inside was the cheese there was no potato. The chicken sandwich I had was also burnt and was not made correctly.
Customer service was terrible. Arguing in front of me because someone accidentally made my food twice.. one was cold so I asked for the hot and was told yes but one of the workers threw the hot food as he was arguing with another worker. Stupid situation.

This place has messed up my order three times and I have try to give it a chance the first time. I came here the lady was confusing me with the new saucy nuggets to the point I left and did not order, second time I went to try to order I received not fresh nuggets. This time I try to arrive at different time and they did not hear me say the sauce I was wanting. I had realize it was wrong they took my food back through the window after it been in my car for 7 minutes. Isn’t that a code of hazardous. I will not be eating here as the upper management need to act like a customer and see what they are doing wrong in the establishment. It is very unprofessional and the people look dinghy and unkept and I can say that because the cashier had dirty hood on on handling my food that was not in a bag and it was a no for me
