Went through the drive through aand realized that they were already closed for the night but the wonderful people that work there still took my order and everything wasn't till I got back home and seen the time I realized that they were way past closed and by no mean should they have cared enough but they did.....AMAZING JOB!!!!

I've always liked Wendy's, until the Wendy's on Albert Pike in Hot Springs, Arkansas turned me off. Possibly for good. I don't know which one was the Service, food, or how disgustingly unclean everything was.

I must say both of the Wendy’s in this area are a hit or miss some night the food will be great and some nights the food will be really off all in all I would say the staff if very nice at each one and I absolutely love the new frosty coffees that taste better then Starbucks when made probably I hope Wendy’s keeps these

Got 2 out of 3 orders wrong through the drive thru and when I got home and realized it I called and spoke with the "manager" who offered to replace the 2 sandwiches but id have to buy the fries and sodas on my next trip. Bad customer

Horrible. Will actively avoid thos location from now now on. Smh 25 minutes for two sandwiches 2 drinks in drive thru. Forgot our sides as well. Had to go back after we left.

Go inside to avoid the excessive drive thru line and still get out after the 2 cars that arrived after I was the only person at the counter placing my order for a single patty burger to be rung up for a triple and still served a single.
