Not impressed. I had the Gen Tso's Chicken, in which it was just fright chicken clumps drowning in an overly sugary syrup of a glaze. Not too creative and it was screaming cheap indrediants and little pride in palate creativity. Same level as Panda Express in my opinion.

We really liked the food except for the lemon chicken it was really really bad. Everything else was excellent and the service was friendly and it's probably the best you're gonna find in Arkansas.

Awesome serving size, quick service, great prices, and very tasty food. Only downside is they close their dining room after 4, but still worth take out.

Family owned and operated. Always timely and fresh. Great consistency and quality. Very good I door dash and see how busy it is. I tried it and I'm hooked! Best in Hot Springs

Doesn't matter what you order, all tastes bad. How can a Chinese restaurant not cook good rice? It's awful and nearly raw. Do not.

I have ate at Work Express for years. I have also been loving their door dash deliveries for the past year. I have NEVER called with a complaint until tonight. I spent $65 to through Door Dash and when I called to express a complaint over the dry Crispy Duck and Bourbon Chicken the manager had the audacity to tell me that he "spoke to the chef who said it was fine. He would credit me for one, but not for the other." .... So okay I'm basically a lier. I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant that I have always had so much faith in. Wok is definitely going down hill ....

we are regulars at the Wok, however last night ( Feb 25 ) they hit it out of the park. my special order of chicken mei fun with no vegetables can be kinda bland. whomever was cooking last night reached seasoning perfection, I did not even need to add a drop of soy sauce!!!!

Consistently good. We make a point to hit it at least once a week. The chicken and vegetables are a staple in my husbands foods:-). I love the shrimp with vegetables, shrimp fried rice, Hunan shrimp and the sweet and sour chicken. Rangoon are not sweet but dipping sauce is so it's still good if looking for a sweet flavor.

Absolute worst asian restaurant I've ever been to. Horrible service. Food is nothing like other places I've been to or even if you Google the food theirs is nothing alike. Rice is very dry. Meat lacks flavor and tastes nothing like it should. They shove like a whole onion in there to make it look more full but when you take it out (because it's also nasty tasting) you'll see how little meat you have. Manager is rude and so are the ladies working the counter.

This is our family go-to for Chinese food. There is something for all of us, even with very different dietary needs and preferences. We order at least a couple times a month. Prep is rapid and we have always had very quick delivery through Door Dash. Quality has always been excellent. Various family members repeatedly orderitems such as the crab rangoon, fried shrimp, egg foo yung, house mei fun, lo mein and house fried rice and quality has always been consistent.

Food is good, but they have a real hard time getting to go order correct. Love being reprimanded that I didn't order correctly when I did. Maybe train your employees to check order placement instead of saying 15 minutes and hanging up!

We ordered on Uber Eats and got delivery. There were 4 adults in our party and only 1 persons food was good. The chicken lo mein was dry and tasteless. The fried rice was as dry as dust. Even the mei fun was bad. Our bill was almost $95 for food that was just overall bad.
