Never been to Hot Springs nor have I ever been to Zaxby’s. Since I was going to be in Hot Springs for the weekend, I thought I would try Zaxby’s, and it will be the last. I decided to try their signature sandwich and I don’t know if it was old grease or old chicken or the combination of the two, but it tasted stale when I went to take a bite and the bread flopped over it was so damp. I was starving and even threw in the trash in my hotel room. I actually had to lay down because I felt sick in my stomach. Now the thought of their sandwich makes me wheezy.

I don't normally write reviews. Zaxby's has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. I ate at this location 4-5 times a week for two years and no issues. Once the lady started that takes order in the drive through my order is wrong almost Everytime. I try to be easy going and it's not the end of the world so I kept going back, because figured she's new and was just learning. It's been months now though and dozens of times of my order being wrong. I always try to speak very clearly while order in hopes my order would be correct but doesn't seem to help. Also it's not like I order a large order and one thing I order is wrong. I won't be returning because it gets frustrating to spend almost 15 dollars pretty much daily and consistently not get what you asked for.

Made a online order got charged for it and they said the dont see it so no there problem and then ignored me until we had them call the gm worst costumer service ever

Thank you Zaxby's! Your team provided exceptional service for us on Friday night. Our church had been traveling on a bus all day and we stayed at the Hampton Inn next door.
We placed a large group order online and walked down the hill to pick it up. When we arrived, their computer had not yet dispatched the order yet. The you g man read my email receipt and started dropping fresh chicken for us. He already had a head-start when the computer printed our order. They worked swiftly and efficiently as a team to assemble our order, with extra sauces, etc. And had a friendly attitude as well. Your team did a bang-up job on Friday night! Kudos to the two young men on the front counter Friday night!
The food was yummy and fresh! The family packs are the way to go to feed a crowd!

I have eaten her since they opened, the food was great. The last 6 months the food has gotten terrible. I normally eat there once a week. The boneless wings are very unpleasant to look at and even worse to try and eat them. I took my food back and complained and the answer i get is, well we use a wing warmer. Keep your warmer and your wings. I'll never eat the Hot Springs location again.

I place an order in the drive thru the order was done completely wrong of course I was looking to taste those delicious lemon pepper wings to only get the original. I spoke with the manager and was told to come back when available. I gave them 4 stars only because my order was wrong. Thanks to the management for allowing me to replace the order when needed.

Came through the drive through thinking it was faster then dinning inside, it’s been 35 minutes and I haven’t even placed my order. There was only two cars ahead of me and sat there for 20 mins each waiting to order. I usually done mind but I’ve never had to wait 30-35 mins to place an order anywhere…
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant here in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the same thing happened at the Benton, Arkansas store as well. We arrived at the restaurant at 3:11 p.m and just now left at 3:37 p.m.. that was ridiculous, the line was at the street. I would’ve given it a minus 10 if it was an option. They really need to get it together, my daughter was thirty minutes late for work waiting on ordering and receiving her food

They used to have great salads. This was my $12 Cobb salad tonight, they didn’t give me my dressings either 😕. Had I looked at it before I left, I would’ve just given it back to them and asked for a refund. Barely the size of the $5 chic fila SIDE salad.

I watched 6 cars drive off in drive thru today. I waited 11 minutes at the speaker to order. I repeated my order several times to her. I waited 8 minutes to get my order. It was wrong took them 5 more minutes to correct it. After all this my break is over. I had 7 minutes to eat. I have had this happen 3 times. Don't go if you value your time or in a hurry. They need to get back to basics to operate efficiently.
