“I always enjoy Sonic in Eldorado tbh. I think once or twice I’ve had to wait a bit and just a few times I’ve had a sucky order but 9 out of 10 times, I have a great Sonic experience. Especially when Brad is the car-hop. He’s always so sweet and kind. I always have great service with the ones that take the order too though I don’t know their names. Thank you Sonic staff for trying your best in a thankless town. Customer service is the hardest here from my experience. “Ordered 2 Pretzel Baconator combos for me and a friend. I had to pull up and wait a significant amount of time for my order to be brought out AND when I got back to my friend's place we realized they used regular buns on our burgers instead of the pretzel buns but when I called to inform them of their error they offered me a free large Frosty which is more than enough compensation as the burgers were pretty delicious and the fries a little above average for Wendy's.
