“Good food but prices are kind of high for fast food and the service has gone downhill, we waited like 15 minutes for a large fry and a small chocolate shake, with 3 cars in the entire lot. That and several of the machines where you order are out of service “

“Ordered 2 Pretzel Baconator combos for me and a friend. I had to pull up and wait a significant amount of time for my order to be brought out AND when I got back to my friend's place we realized they used regular buns on our burgers instead of the pretzel buns but when I called to inform them of their error they offered me a free large Frosty which is more than enough compensation as the burgers were pretty delicious and the fries a little above average for Wendy's.

That was all a single sentence! I'm proud of that.

“I'm not sure if this Burger King is under new management, but service was absolutely terrific! I haven't ordered anything from this Burker King in 6 months because of poor services in the past. But today we wanted something other than our usual fast food go-to's, to enjoy our Steelers game. And THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! except for the forgotten the dipping sauce but I'm totally okay with that. GREAT JOB J'VILLE BK!“

“There was a young man working yesterday. I took my kids inside to eat and my daughter spilled her fries everywhere right after getting them out of the bag-naturally started crying. This nice man saw and brought her a new fry. I didn’t get a look at his name, but I just wanted him to know that we appreciated his kindness.“
