Waited in line for 15mins. The worker didn’t even pay attention that the order was paid for thru the app. Got asked twice if I was paying card or cash. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese but didn’t get any cheese. My fries were cold.

Ordered an M&M McFlurry and a hot fudge sundae to be delivered to our table. I vaguely heard someone mention them, but they didn't arrive. After about five minutes, I went to check on them and found them sitting on the counter and melting. The McFlurry was a cup of soft serve ice cream with M&Ms on top. When I asked why it wasn't a McFlurry, they said that their mixer was broken. No apology or refund.
