“We came for dinner during the rush and still got our food in a timely manner. When we got home we realized we got the wrong burger, fries were greasy and cold, and there was no dressing for the salad. We called not expecting an answer when the manager answered, Mike. He was polite, patient, and apologized profusely. Although we could've gone back anytime we chose to go back immediately. Upon arrival Mike expected us, was again polite and apologetic. We appreciated that. His crew was young and new and they too were polite and apologetic. Mike is a senior citizen, managing a new young crew, and was still polite and patient. He really blew our minds with his customer service so much so we had to write a review. Thank you Mike for your patience which was appreciated more than you know.“
