The duck ala orange, potatoes and bundled asparagus was very tasty. One piece of the duck with the skin attached was slightly tough, but the flavor was excellent. I commend the students for an excellent meal. All we needed was a good glass of burgundy and jazz playing in the background to make me think I was in a New Orleans restaurant.
