I was so disappointed with my order today. I just got out the hospital and all I was craving was Taco Bell. Upon arrival, the workers had an attitude as they were walking out the door and they seen me driving up to the drive-through, So they had to go back to work. My food was so disgusting and hard, not edible. They forgot to put an item in a bag. The service was OK, despite the fact, I had to wait on my order. Just ordered $30 worth of food and they didn’t give me know meat only vegetables and charged me for nacho cheese and I didn’t get no cheese terrible service

The restaurant wasn't cold inside, and the food was ok, but the floor and most tables should have been taken better care of. It was hard to find a table that didn't have somebody's leftover stuff on them. One person did clean off a couple of tables, but there were more than a couple of tables that needed cleaning. Tacos were a bit mushy, but at the hour they came through the drive-thru, it's to be expected. They were grateful that they were even open at that hour. The manager seemed to go above expectations with everyone she interacted with, be it customers or employees.
