I went to the Arby's on Johnson Ave about 1:30pm. ONLY CAR THERE. Took them until 2:10pm to get my food to me .the food was all cold.all they offered was to remake it. why would I do that and waste another 40 min on more cold food. Had they been busy i might understand but I was the only car there. We ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, 1 beef and cheddar and a cheesesteak sandwich.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Upon us entering the building NO ONE WAS AT THE COUNTER. WE WAITED FOR 10 MIN. AND I FINALLY KNOCKED ON THE COUNTER TWO YOUNG GUYS WALKED AROUND AND LAUGHED IN A GOOFY WAY TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OFF THEN ONE CAME BACK AND TOOK OUR ORDER BY SAYING WHAT DO U WANT. I WANTED TO LEAVE BUT DIDN'T WE ORDERED AND TOOKE THEM 10 MIN TO GET OUR FOOD AND 13 TO GET THE OTHERS THAT WAS WITH US. WASNT VERY FRIENDLY NO SMILE AND NOT ONE BIT IN A HURRY TO GET THINGS DONE. THEN OUR FOOD WAS DRENCHED IN MAYO AND COULDN'T KEEP SAMDWICH TOGETHER. BEFORE WE LEFT ON OF THE EMPLOYEES CAME OUT AND HIS CLOTHES WERE DOWN PAST HIS BACK SIDE. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED

Arby's in Jonesboro is the absolute best Arby's I have visited. The employees are mannerly and professional. My food has always been hot and as ordered. My drink cups have always been clean when given to me at the drive-thru, unlike other fast food establishments. I recommend Arby's of Jonesboro!

Friendly and clean overall good, quality food, service. Dr. Pepper was out and the horse radish. Associate gave me a double handful of the horseradish. Everything was good.
Parking: Jonesboro in Hill Top. Good handicap parking spot.
