Arby's in Jonesboro is the absolute best Arby's I have visited. The employees are mannerly and professional. My food has always been hot and as ordered. My drink cups have always been clean when given to me at the drive-thru, unlike other fast food establishments.
I recommend Arby's of Jonesboro!

Friendly and clean overall good, quality food, service. Dr. Pepper was out and the horse radish. Associate gave me a double handful of the horseradish. Everything was good.

Parking: Jonesboro in Hill Top. Good handicap parking spot.

Terrible experience staff was too worried about talking and cutting up to do thier job properly.. your person at the front counter was hardly there customers standing up there saying sir or is anyone inside so that she could get her things she needed n then he just laughed once the lady told him what she needed like it was a joke.. place had food on the floor tables not cleaned off.. staff was there for a paycheck not to actually do work.

There is a young man working the drive-thru window who apparently has a bad home life and or hangs around people with bad attitudes such as his. He will not go far with his attitude and needs to be schooled on the proper attitude to keep customers coming back. He needs a father figure to sit him down and have a long talk as to proper drive thru window etiquette. He needs help. He will not last long in the people business without help.

Even though they were packed with online order and running a skelton crew of two people, the service was wonderful. The cashier was very kind and apologized for the wait and the assembler was working as fast as she could while making sure the sandwiches were perfect. Thank you both and Happy Father's day

We went to dine in and was told we couldn't eat in the dining room because they didn't have enough help.I suggested they lock the door so no one could enter.He suggested we go to the drive thru..If we wanted to eat in the car we wouldn't have went in.Left and went next door to Dairy Queen and was welcomed and allowed to dine in.We were the only ones in the dining room and 2 cars in the drive-thru.Not like we were going to be a problem.

Service was great. The cashier was very nice and I did not feel rushed. She was very professional. The store and bathrooms were clean and air was comfortable. The food was hot and fresh!! My only complaint is the choice of music.

Parking: Parking lot is roomy and easy to navigate the parking lots even with drive thru full.

Food was not done, went back through the drive thru and asked if they could remake it. The man at the drive thru said their food was made fresh. I didn't dispute that, and said that it may not have finished cooking all the way as the fries were still half frozen. The man still refused to make this right so I asked if I could speak to a manager to which his reply was "you know what, I am the manager" stated he would call the police on me if I didn't leave the drive thru. I think his name was Brayden.

Absolutely horrible experience, placed an order online and immediately pulled to drive through since lobby was closed , it took 8 minuets for us to get our food , we pulled into a parking spot and noticed the food was cold . Went back around to dive thorugh and the manager Brayden stayed since it had been 16 minutes he couldn’t remake it. Argued with us saying it was fresh and it indeed was not the fries and chicken were cold. Stated he would call the police and have us trespassed even tho we just wanted our food remade and not a refund . Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
