Food was not done, went back through the drive thru and asked if they could remake it. The man at the drive thru said their food was made fresh. I didn't dispute that, and said that it may not have finished cooking all the way as the fries were still half frozen. The man still refused to make this right so I asked if I could speak to a manager to which his reply was "you know what, I am the manager" stated he would call the police on me if I didn't leave the drive thru. I think his name was Brayden.

Absolutely horrible experience, placed an order online and immediately pulled to drive through since lobby was closed , it took 8 minuets for us to get our food , we pulled into a parking spot and noticed the food was cold . Went back around to dive thorugh and the manager Brayden stayed since it had been 16 minutes he couldn’t remake it. Argued with us saying it was fresh and it indeed was not the fries and chicken were cold. Stated he would call the police and have us trespassed even tho we just wanted our food remade and not a refund . Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Went through drive thru. Guy working window didn't say one word handed me the stuff and closed the window. Didn't put Arby's sauce in the bag so ran in to get some. Stood at front counter for 3 mins and no service. I got it myself and walked out, never even saw an employee inside. Awful experience.

To the AA girl on drive through last night 9:00 pm oct 2. You would've heard my order properly had you not of been smackin your gums and sighing after everything I said. Clearly you hate your job. To be honest, you need retraining.. or just quit. That was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. Couldn't even take my order right because u couldn't stop making pointless noise. Then had an attitude when I got to the window. Said I never said 2 bacon ranch wraps. I only had to repeat the order three times cause you weren't listening. To the manager... that was completely unacceptable behavior.
