Food is fresh, delicious with generous portions. I love they serve the rice bowls in metal pan directly instead of plastic or paper containers as it helps in reducing single use waste. Also the staff are friendly and courteous which is good.
I ordered a bowl with beef and the food was fresh. I like that I can order those right away. It does take awhile if you order a burger, sandwich or burrito but the wait is worth it.
Ordered ahead and was given a 15 minute time frame to come get the food. Got there right when I was supposed to and still waited about 15 minutes for my food. Watched as about 4 sets of customers got thier food ordered and received before I did so that was a little pointless to order ahead expecting that to make it quicker. Got a burrito bowl to go. Expected it to be in a bowl but was just in a cardboard box. Sorry but I dont wanna eat out of a soggy cardboard box. Had to take...
