yelling at my child when you screwed up a christmas party order for a kindergarten class was moronic. blocking her in and taking pics of her inside the car will be way worse than moronic. i wouldnt go to this place to eat if it was the only place open at the end of the covid pandemic.

How do you freaking forget to put two orders of fries in the bag FOUR TIMES!!! I’m glad I pulled over and double checked my bag this time. Not even super crowded in here and you just leave items off my order. I used to freaking work here and now the crew is so freaking disorganized. Not sure if whoever is working the grill/fryers is too stoned to complete the order or if there’s too many highschoolers working behind the counter now but geez guys. Quit asking “is it time to close” (which I heard while waiting for you to FIX my order) and start paying attention to your job. The old crew would never. 😒😒

They had two people working, and absolutely killed it for our group of 15 people that walked in, everything was great! Quality food. Their service was phenomenal, but the atmosphere was not great. It was on campus and shared with a bunch of other restaurants, which was a little drab.

The food is great. However, when dining in the process is almost unbearable. The workers took our order twice, had to repeatedly ask for our cheese dip, waited forever. The whole line and ordering process makes 0 sense. Every customer was getting frustrated. I highly recommend take out from them but maybe not dining in until they get their process fixed and employees better trained. It’s def not their fault, it’s the way they were trained it seems.

I've only had their burgers with the jalapeno bun and side of fries, but it was delicious.
Food was great, but parking is basically non-existent. If you're from campus, you might want to walk, if not, I wouldn't even try this place during peak hours.

I order fries with extra ba seasoning and chipotle garlic ranch dipping sauce every day for my lunch and I love it!!! They all know my order without me even saying it and most of the time I don't even have to say my name which makes the experience feel personal and that's a great feeling for a customer.

Waited 30-45 min for our food and when asked they was smart bout it.Restaurant is 3/4 empty! Never again.

Visited this BA location after it opened in The Yard near A-State's campus. I got the burger and fries and it was a good burger and the fries were good too. It was a bit pricey as the total was over $12 for a burger, fries, and drink but it was good. The staff was real friendly during and after ordering. They have Tex-Mex stuff I'll try next time. Not a bad spot.Features: Masks were optional
