My daughter’s aunt booked to get a cake made for her 1st birthday, pick up was on a Saturday because the party was on a Sunday. Never responded upon pickup, nor responded the day or party but posted the cake online for sale. Deposit was paid upon booking as well. Very unprofessional do not recommend.

her work is cute but she is not dependable. The fist order I had with her was great and she communicated well with me and made me a custom cake that was cute but all the other interactions with her after were a little off. all together i have ordered from her 3 times and my roommate has ordered once. she is hard to get ahold of, sometimes she doesn’t even make the order. my best friend ordered a cake and cookies for my birthday and she made the cookies but not the cake and the cookies had plastic left on them from the images that she transom them. my child chocked on one. any time i have messaged her the last few time there has just been no response.

My friend Haley ordered a cake for her 21st birthday and did she not only NOT receive the cake, she was blocked and left out of pocket for a cake she never received. Be careful ordering from Mandy, she will say anything for the deposit then leave you empty handed at the last minute?

Y’all!!! You need something baked call this lady she made just enough delicious Frozen themed cupcakes for my granddaughter’s birthday. They were not only ready when we needed them she hand delivered them to our car. We will be calling for other special occasions.

I ordered two cakes months in advance for separate dates in October and paid my deposit. My first cake which was a Frozen cake was already falling apart before we got home. When I went to pick the cake up Mandy says oh I ordered Elsa and Ana but they don’t come in until tomorrow but 5 below has them. Do you think she offered an discount…. “NO”. But I didn’t say anything! So Im reluctant about my second but I already paid my deposit it was supposed to be picked up by 12.. I texted her about 12:45 to see if it was ready.. She texts back some bogus excuse she was out of town and got back late it would be ready by three.. After reading other reviews I see I’m not the only person she’s used this excuse on. She didn’t offer a refund I just know to never use Mandy in the future. She makes you pay an deposit but she’s unprofessional!
