Not really complaining just offering some experience on documentation and signage.The irony of it all is, they blocked me while I was in water aerobics, recommending them to a couple of friends. Recommending them based on the fact that they provide, supposedly, healthy prepared meals.Shrug. Oh well. Won’t be giving any more recommendations if they’re that sensitive.

I love supporting local businesses, especially those who support healthy habits. Unfortunately, improperly handled and/or cooked chicken from Bare. led to me visiting the emergency room.Diagnosed with salmonella-induced colitis, I nearly required an inpatient setting to receive my antibiotics. I was losing fluids faster than I could hold them, and administering an IV proved difficult for nurses.(My wife also contacted salmonella two days after me, in line with our consumption timeline of the pre-packaged meals. She was quite sick as well but thankfully only needed a visit to our primary care provider.)After my all-night stent in the ER, the Arkansas Department of Health contacted me about my case of salmonella, asking me to recall everything I'd eaten in the last week. They called back a few days later saying they were all but sure Bare. meals were the culprit based on other salmonella cases in the area.Reexamining the meals, I recall no handling or reheating information as well as standard nutritional labels. As such I cannot recommend this business based on simple food safety concerns.(Addendum: I'm reviewing on Google because I left this review verbatim on Facebook. Bare. subsequently removed their review section and blocked me. I received no correspondence from the company. It's disappointing after purchasing numerous orders.)
