I have been wanting to try this food truck for a while now. When I saw they were at Crop in Jonesboro, I ran out of my house to make it in time. I got the GatorSour Slushy (sour green apple flavor) for $4 & the GatorNachos for $10. The slushy is really good but it is super sour. The nachos are to die for! They have a spice to them without it being overwhelming spicy. 10/10 would recommend!! I will def be going back next time I see them open in town!

Big Easy Catering is by far the best Cajun cuisine in this area, or state for that matter. Portion sizes are always filling (not too much and not too little). The flavors are always standout. The seafood pasta, seafood potato, gator bites with tiger sauce, best of the bayou, and everything else I’ve tried are always top notch.
