Service gives this place a bad name. My debit card was charged an unauthorized substantial amount. I paid my bill and then noticed a couple days later another charge on my account. I don’t know if someone used my card to pay another tab or what happened but when I tried reaching out to Brickhouse no one answered the phone. I reached out on Facebook asking for a manager to call me. I did receive a call but it was not a manager and for some reason was never able to speak to a manager to ask why that happened. I was told to go up there. So I go back thinking I would get to speak to a manager. Then I was told a manager was not there. I’m not sure how they are running this business but this is bad for business to treat customers this way and charge debit cards in amounts that are not approved and then not even speak to the customer to try and resolve the issue. I will never return to this place and would advise others to be careful when using a debit card. I would recommend that the owner take a look into the people he has working at his business.

Good restaurant and bar in downtown Jonesboro. They serve New Orleans or Louisiana style foods. The gumbo is really good and my favorite dish is the alligator bites. There are multiple levels so you have plenty of options as far as seating goes. It turns into a bar/dance/music club later at night and it seems to be very popular for that. I've been many times since it opened and will be back again as well.

The band was so ....unexciting. They had no energy to them at all. The bartender didn't say a word to me, just made eye contact, handed me my drink, took my card and handed it back, ignored me when I said thank you, and walked away. The whole place emptied out by 12:30 on a Saturday night. Not worth the $10 door charge.

BEWARE DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD HERE!!!!!!!! Sure if u want the manager to allow the bartenders to add charges to your debit card and than play like they can't find the transaction!!! Called jpd and magically they canceled the charge a week later!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!!!!!
