There was a brief period of time a few years back that I would've rated them much lower. They've improved and gotten the menu and service back to the way it was when they first opened. Only mark against them is that it feels like a bar that is recovering from a bad time - a little wobbly and a bit too "lived in." But don't let that stop you from going. The food and service were on point.

Great service! Great food! Now the issues, they’re shady. Nowhere anywhere are the prices for drinks listed. You have to ask the staff for prices and they act kinda offended you would ask. So I guess they prefer your bill to be a “surprise” when your tab is due. And even then they don’t tell you the exact price. Basically between “$4-$10 a shot, but I can’t tell you what each thing costs”. That’s wild to me.The restaurant is listed to stay open till 2am, but they literally kicked everyone out at 10pm so they could close early.Bathroom had running water running across the floor from the wall.Food was “meh”. And meh doesn’t cut it when you’re charging almost $20 a plate. And those plates can easily go up to $40.Over all my experience was mediocre.

Probably the worst service I've ever had in my life before I had all these other issues im abou to get into. I got charged 91 dollars for 3 beers. I disputed it and it was "fixed" still charged for 6 drinks even though i only ordered 3 but I was ready to leave after waiting 20 minutes between drinks so decided I would pay. Now I have pending transactions of 16 and 76 after paying a 29$ bill. I don't know how this could be just a mistake. Called multiple times nobody will answer. So now I get to spend time disputing charges with my bank. Ok this is the next day I got a answer finally after my bank told me to keep trying to contact them the guy told me the manager/bartender would be in after 8 so I've called 10 times straight to vm. At best this place has just really bad service I'm to the point that I think something else is going on.

The Brickhouse Bar & Grill is hands down one of my favorite hidden gems. Originally, someone recommended me to another establishment close by; and, when I opened the door to the Brickhouse I knew I was at the right place. It was early, 6ish, the bar was not too busy so I started with the bacon wrapped chicken appetizer. They were still hot from the fryer and I cooled them down with the ranch served on the side and a cold beer. The Brickhouse has daily specials, on my night it was a catfish plate or, sliders. I chose the P.I.G. sliders, a side of fries and another cold ice cold beer. As I finished up, it was getting busy a livelier crowd there for the live music that had been setting up behind me the entire meal. If your in Jonesboro, give'm a try you won't be disappointed.

We were seated quickly and our waitress was so nice! The interior is pretty cool and the live band was a nice touch, they were very talented! I ordered the firecracker shrimp and alligator bites. The firecracker shrimp was pretty good, but a little too much sauce which I think if there was a way to get a side of rice that would've helped with the flavor so I'd give it a 3/5. The alligator bites, presentation wise was nice, but flavor wise waaay too salty in my opinion although it was cooked well so for that I'd give it 2/5. Maybe safer to get a burger or sandwich next time. I'd go back for the vibes, but maybe not so much for the food however it's definitely bar food so that's something to keep in mind. It's worth a try overall!

This place is great. 100 % better than cregeens. I did not get any food because I had already eaten but if their food is like their service just at the bar the food will be great. The atmosphere was great. They had a diverse mix of music and on first level they had a live band that played great. My son and I will be going back and try out food also

Went for brunch about 1230 or 1 today. For as slow as they were we waited a long time for our food. I got biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was eh but the gravy was good. The other person with me got the chicken and waffles. They said it was probably the best chicken and waffles they had had before. Service was ok but again it was slow and should have been better.
