This is the worst BK I have ever been to. It took over 30 minutes to get my food then the order was wrong. When I took it back inside because I had gone through the drive up they argued with me. So then I asked them to give me back the money. She said they would refund the sandwich but not the drink and fries. I was so frustrated I just left. I called the manager the next day to report the incident. She offered me a return in the mail. I told her I would never go back there. She replied by saying you can use it at any BK so I said fine. Then I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING 🤦

When I tell you this morning I had the best ham egg and cheese Croissant meal with vanilla iced coffee is an understatement plus both the women at both windows were so sweet with good morning how are you and thank you have a wonderful day it made the rest of my day great thanks BK as I was leaving I was humming BK have it you way!!!

Food was all wrong. I put my order online. So there was no it reason for it to be wrong. We had a family bundle, which is 2 whoppers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 16 piece nuggets, 2 small fries, and 2 small drinks. One was no ketchup or tomatoes. The other was extra pickles only. The chicken sandwich was extra pickles. Both whoppers were wrong and covered with so much mayo they couldn't be eaten. The chicken sandwich had nothing on them at all. Don't go to the BK on Highland@ all this is 3rd time I have been here and I won't waste my money here again.

Came in around 6pm on 8/31 and my experience was great. Austin was very patient with my big order, he made sure I had everything and very nice. I feel like he went above and beyond and that is hard to find in a restaurant let alone fast food. Kudos to you Austin keep up the amazing hard work dude!
