Ordered 2 whopper jr s only meat and cheese got home they had everything on them called them they said come back and they will remake it so went back up there got home looked at it all they did was wipe they mayo and mustard off and put the same bun on there called back they said come back I'm not coming back up there again wasting my gas and hung up

Every time I go in there the service is getting worse and worse they're too busy jabberjawing with the customers in the drive-thru and the food is burnt and they're just rude. I will not be returning.

Just had the worst experience in a fast food restaurant. I walked in to the counter , wasn’t greeted , but the worker had her back to me started yelling at employees in the back . And kept getting louder . I was so uncomfortable I left and went to McDonalds . Even though that Burger King is just 2 minutes from my job. I’ll never go back again .

This is the worst BK I have ever been to. It took over 30 minutes to get my food then the order was wrong. When I took it back inside because I had gone through the drive up they argued with me. So then I asked them to give me back the money. She said they would refund the sandwich but not the drink and fries. I was so frustrated I just left. I called the manager the next day to report the incident. She offered me a return in the mail. I told her I would never go back there. She replied by saying you can use it at any BK so I said fine. Then I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING 🤦
