None of the employees had gloves, one of the cooks kept eating food from the trays. The kids play room smells like sewer water, it took 25-30 mins to get two kids meals. I know it fast food but there should always be health and hygiene standards in place.

While the people were nice and responded in a timely manner they gave us very cold burgers and Mariana sauce without the mozzarella cheese sticks. I’m still not sure how they missed that. The fry’s were hot actually perfect but the burgers felt like they had been sitting under a fan for a good minute. More money and time lost. Why do they not check the bags for everything before handing them out how hard is that. And how hard is it to feel a cold burger like there was no way you could not feel it there was absolutely no warmth to it. Jonesboro’s burger kings seem to have rude and biased employees.

Ordered 2 whopper jr s only meat and cheese got home they had everything on them called them they said come back and they will remake it so went back up there got home looked at it all they did was wipe they mayo and mustard off and put the same bun on there called back they said come back I'm not coming back up there again wasting my gas and hung up

Every time I go in there the service is getting worse and worse they're too busy jabberjawing with the customers in the drive-thru and the food is burnt and they're just rude. I will not be returning.

Just had the worst experience in a fast food restaurant. I walked in to the counter , wasn’t greeted , but the worker had her back to me started yelling at employees in the back . And kept getting louder . I was so uncomfortable I left and went to McDonalds . Even though that Burger King is just 2 minutes from my job. I’ll never go back again .
