I love this burger King. Its always clean and there is a tall blonde gentleman that was really friendly. He didn't take my order but he made it and brought it to me with a smile.Kid-friendliness: There was a lot of kids there. They have a separate play area so kids can play and have fun without disturbing others.

I know finding good help is hard and lack of staff is an issue everywhere, but when you make a mistake, own it. My daughter went to pick up an online order. They told her they didn’t have an order in that last name. So she drove across town thinking she had the wrong store. Finally she called me and I called the store. The person who answered started telling me how busy they were before she even let me tell her the problem. Then when she finally stopped to listen, she said, “it’s here. It’s been here. They wouldn’t have told her it wasn’t!”

One of the best Burger King restaurants in town.( month later)Dec. 17 2023 there was a couple of staff working there as far as I know while placing my order through drive threw at night, and I will say that I had some of the best customer service and great quality of food there. Definitely deserves a prize reward for who ever worked night shift this night.

The Burger King on Johnson Ave. has the RUDEST manager this morning. The usual manager is extremely nice man. We ordered cheese burgers and fries and the sandwiches were ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted and I never return anything but I paid $30 I want fresh food. So the manager snatches the bag and checks them because she doesn't BELIEVE that they could be cold and I hear her say, So does she want us to REMAKE these? Like she was disgusted and then brings them out 1 minute later lol she microwaved our food I'm not stupid. Our fries were then hard as a rock and the wrappers on the sandwiches were still just as I had folded them. If ur too lazy to do a good job, please just go work some where else. We work hard for our money and deserve fresh food and not to be treated like idiots.
