I don't know were to start on this - But firstly I'll say, the food has been good so far. No complaints. Secondly, theres a guy in the drive thru and sometimes front counter named Dakota I think. Red beard is all i know and he has a fancy hoodie. I like. Haha. He's very respectful. I personally think they should give him a raise. He treats everyone so kind. May I add, he's paid for my order 3 times, because i was a few dollars short. But he gets treated so dirty. By the staff and management. I've seen it first hand, drive thru and front counter. He does his job. He's there every time I come through there. It almost feels like he doesn't have a day off. The other staff is questionable. Management definitely needs replaced. The store is alright. But I just wanted to brag about that young man. He's got a voice to sing. I love listening to him. I wish he could take my order everytime.

I love it The workers are so kind and helpful I had a server Her name was Phoebe super sweet girl she had a huge smile on her face and she helped me bring my stuff to the car when i had to much to carry 100% recommend

The managers at this one are always nice! The food is good, and the restaurant is one of the cleanest BK’s I’ve ever been to. My son loves the playground!
Service was terrible. There was four people walking around doing nothing wow there was seven people in the drive-thru line. Was in the Drive-Thru line just picking up a doordash delivery and was there 45 minutes. Terrible service. Need a new manager for night time to be able to manage employees

I use to love this burger king but tonight I did an online order and when we picked it up and got home 3 minutes away the food was cold and tasted old. 27.00 we spent to throw away most of it because it was nasty. We called up to the store and the young man who answered got smart so we just hung up and wasted our hard earned money for no dinner. Will not return to this place again. We will go to the red wolf blvd one.

I stood in line from 12 until 12:13 and multiple employees seen me standing there and not a single one took my order so I informed them they have the worst service in the area as I walked out the same vehicles were sitting in the drive through as when I walked in

Was asked to pull forward to wait on my sandwich I did waited 5 minutes for my original chicken sandwich plus cheese and pickles pulled off my sandwich was cold and hard and had no pickles
