I went there yesterday July 26, at 8:50pm. The lady at the drive thru was so rude to me, was yelling at me. I went to the first window to pay. I think it was same lady taking orders, same attitude not even a hello or nothing worst customer service. She was a blonde girl probably she was the manager on duty. Plus, my burgers did not have no mayo on it. If you do not like this job quit if customer service is not for you. I'm not coming back to this location. Y'all need to do better.

The manager with blonde hair I didn’t get her name she needs an attitude adjustment or something. Also since when does places get fries with no gloves on so unsanitary. Her attitude kept getting worse and worse like how hard is it to remake someone’s food without an attitude towards the customer. Wait till u shut the window to catch one if u want to have to. Not to mention she got attitude with someone else I don’t know who it is never met them. Sum this up she needs fired or an attitude adjustment. Sadly I had to even put some stars I wouldn’t have if I didn’t have to it was that horrible.

Very rare is the service adequate or correct, and when management is not working employees half attempt their task.
The last two visits to the play area were nasty. Slimy floors and tables, hot and a fly family reunion.
This location is easily the worst one in my zip code.

Did a mobile order. I messed up and forgot to take the pickles off so I canceled it. No big deal. Waited 30 minutes for the refund to hit and redid my order I pull up 20 minutes later since I live farther out. I pick up the order and drive home and they gave me the order I placed originally that had been sitting there for almost an hour at this point. Fries soggy and pickles on the sandwich’s. I understand it’s my fault but I canceled that order and mad a completely new one. so they just kept old food and gave it out?! Crazy.
Worst drive thru experience in town consistently slow and ignorant workers that don't care and are lazy and rude.

Waste service here people they were not responding to the customer and they were not giving the food and chitchatting inside we observed many times here the same situation try to make changes as soon as people.

If a customer misses the pay window payment should be taken at the window the customer is at. They can walk over to the window to tell me to back up. But can't walk over to take my payment? The morning shift needs an entire Rehaul. My time of order was 8 am June 17th. I suggest you find out who's working and tell them to take customers money or lose out on more orders. I ended up leaving without paying and without my food. No reason i as the customer should have been made to back up when they could walk over and take the payment. Lazy workers.

The worker that was at the window was extremely rude. She said over the speaker “boy hurry up that order” And was rushing us. There was nobody behind us. We had to go inside to finish the rest of our order. It took 30 minutes to get our food. The couple of times I have been here the service is just not that good.

I think this place might be cursed for real... I love burger king but this is the worst location in town, has to be a management issue because every time I've been there for years has been bad. Food way overcooked but somehow also cold, 20+ minute wait times in a nearly empty restaurant (for one meal), wrong orders, hair in the nastiest sweet tea I've ever had.. genuinely don't know how we messed up this bad. At least they're consistent. This location is 5 minutes from where I live and I will drive across town to go to a different burger king. I would recommend
you do the same.
