Where do I start. First, I asked for everything to be made fresh.I was given fresh food, made incorrectly. I had to go into the restaurant 3 times before they got my order right.. that saying is true.. they screw you over in drive thru. They forgot my bacon on my burger. Then I was given bacon dripping of grease when I asked for bacon for my burger. Forgot an order of onion rings. Gave me old chicken fries. They were rubbery and old. I asked for fresh chicken fries, and the manager told me they were fresh and asked me what was wrong with them after I told her they were old. I looked at her with my KAREN face, and she immediately asked her team to drop some fresh chicken fries. It took about 30 min from start to finish. Do better Burger King.

Made my order incorrectly I have limited lunch time and did not check before leaving drive thru and was stuck with a difgerent order. A sad
1 pm on a Saturday and it took 20 minutes to get my order and then it was wrong. Service was horrible.

They might as well shut down the drive thru and can the managers since they don't like taking orders since both the lanes left after several minutes of not getting our orders taken. Time was around 1130.

We went for my 7yo's birthday, because that's what he wanted for dinner. Well, we went in and ordered, sat down with our drinks, and waited 25 minutes. After the first 15, I went to the counter and asked if they had an eta on our order. There was an older couple sitting inside eating already. The 2 people that ordered before us were gone shortly after we arrived. Anyways, they continued to serve all of the drive through, including the ones that came through after we arrived. After waiting another 5 minutes, I noticed they started putting food on the tray with our order, then it sat there for a few minutes, then they turn around and take 2 of the sandwiches off of our tray and put them in the to-go bags for the drive thru?I walked up there and requested a refund, the manager insisted they were making my order right then(25 minutes after ordering) we got our refund, went to Mc Donald's, and had our food in under 10 minutes. Mc Donald's saved the day for my 7yo!
