I asked the manager for a couple hot water because I had no money for anything he was so kind and did so that meant a lot to me. Because of this I'll always do business at Burger King.

TV shows a 3 for $7 special, and we were not allowed to order anything but fries for the side. We were told the other 5 choices were not for that special.
Either staff needs to be educated, or BK is falsely advertising.

This fast food restaurant always serves fresh cook food. I never have a problem with this restaurant. I requested fresh cook fries with less salt and they honor my request. Thank you Burger King on Hilltop in Jonesboro, AR!

Talk about bad food and service. My wife and I were there in the drive thru last night. My wife had the #5 meal with onion rings, I had the #4 with onion rings and Dr Pepper. We’ve been sick to our stomachs for two days now. The onion rings were NOT cooked all the way, they were soggy, the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way through, hamburger patties were still pink in the middle, the drink didn’t taste like Dr Pepper either. Then when I asked for my military discount, the person at the pay window said “I can’t go back and change it without my manager” which she just stood there and didn’t even bother getting a manager. Talk about a joke. We will NEVER go back to this place again! Goes to show how they don’t care about Veterans

For as much money as they get paid how can they be so LAZY? It takes 2 Seconds to put an out of order sign on the coke zero.. I wouldn't have ordered here if I would have known BEFORE I placed my order that I wouldn't have anything to drink. But no they just leave it turned on.

It was really good. Upon walking in they immediately jumped to help me. They really were in good spirits and all seemed to be happy. I got my food in a timely manner and it was correct. I was genuinely pleased and I really appreciated the attentiveness that was shown.
