Overall the food was fairly lackluster especially compared to other stores I've gone to. The amount of time it took to get our food was fairly disappointing. I did order a Burger during breakfast times, but I feel like 20 minutes is excessive wait for that. The drive-thru staff were not rude but very dry, but I will say the manager who brought out my burger was very polite and apologetic, and seemed to genuinely care for the happiness of her customers.

Food is always bland or not constructed or made correctly. Drivethru takes forever no matter what time of the day. Service is friendly but slow, and the restaurant is usually pretty dirty especially after the lunch and dinner rush.

I asked the manager for a couple hot water because I had no money for anything he was so kind and did so that meant a lot to me. Because of this I'll always do business at Burger King.
TV shows a 3 for $7 special, and we were not allowed to order anything but fries for the side. We were told the other 5 choices were not for that special. Either staff needs to be educated, or BK is falsely advertising.
