I ordered a Whopper Jr with no pickles, as you can see there are pickles. They were not very many people here I guess that should have been our sign to go on down the road.

Just found a hair in my food. Took it to the counter, nice enough to ask if I wanted them to re-make it. They should have immediately gave my money back. Of course I won’t be back here again

Currently leaving this review as I’ve spent 20 mins sitting in the drive thru and still no one has taken my order or even said welcome to bk one moment plz. The wait time is TRASH!! Three cars pulled up, line not moving and there’s also a car in the other lane that’s been waiting for 20 mins as well.

Wait time is the sorriest burger king i have ever went to waiting at the window as i tyoe this i place a order online and i hate i did this store need to be close down no one should be placing order at this place they can care less about you or your money and this will be my first and last time spending my money here so good luck on someone else money can’t even say can u hold gor a second or nothing

This is the second time I've had to wait at this place for my food. It's ridiculous that even though there aren't any other cars, you have to pull over. Today, I had to wait until three cars that clearly arrived after me get their food. I waited over 30 minutes for a burger!!

I hate doing one star. But parked for 10 mins for 2 double whoopers. Then told we'll they are fresh now and not only not fresh hard as rocks. Will never go back

We did the drive thru it was tight getting to the window. I had to back up and get closer to the windows. Service good awesome burger and shake. Little pricey for what we bought.

Absolutely the worst burger king after standing at the counter nearly 5 min with no-one acknowledging me standing there an off duty empemployee took my order the manager Megan was very rude I stood there 20 min while the whole staff played burning meat only one guy named Eli was actually working after my order was finally done nearly 30 min later no-one came to bag it Eli asked her to nag it she snared at him I'm trying to make meat which she wasn't and came up rude to me because she had to bag KY food like really ill nnever go back here

Hate to leave this review because the staff is young and polite but the wait time is horrible. I almost didn’t stop here because the drive thru looked like it was going bad but I went against my judgment and got in line anyway. Not only was the wait to take my order long, but then I had to pull up to the yellow line to wait even longer for my food to come out. I’m still waiting now. I just hope my food is good when it comes out.

I've helped friends doordash for months now, and EVERY single time we have to pick up from here at night the wait times are ridiculous! The last time we went through less than a week ago, they wouldn't answer the speaker, so we pulled up. No one was at the windows, so we circled the building again, and 5 crew members were SITTING in the dining room at a table talking while no one was in the kitchen. When we FINALLY got their attention the girl at the window tried telling us that they let the headset die, so they couldn't hear us.

Went in with my husband for a dinner date. Food took 20 minutes to get to us and it was just in the lobby. For the majority of that time we watched several of the employees stand at the front, saying various different profanities, slurs, and all kinds of things that you don't want to hear going into a family friendly establishment. During the day everything seems professional but it seems like the night shift is a bunch of children. The manager is so unprofessional you don't even know who's in charge until you ask. Tables were dirty, the soda area was sticky and covered in spilled drinks that had obviously been there for hours. We will not be coming back.

Took 38 min for 3 meals, the portions were super small and food was cold and horrible, tossed and stopped somewhere else on the way home. Worst Bk experience
