This is the fastest fast food place I've ever been to they're all so friendly and kind I've never ate here before but I'm glad I did I was with my aunt and her mom the food was great the service was even better I highly recommend this amazing facility

Came to purchase a mini platter and they refused without a 2 hour notice. Yet they sold the same amount of chicken minis in individual packaging. This doesn't even make sense. I order this same thing all the time at other locations and have never been told this.Someone needs training!!!!!

Always great food, but even better is the respectful, eager, and friendly service. Chick-fil-a has reinvented the drive-thru, they seem to have worked the kinks out of the two lane drive-thru. Pre-ordering on the app saves time and earns rewards.

We recently brought a bus of 50 people to this chick fil a. My wife and I are teachers and I drive the bus. We usually choose chick fil a for our school trips because they are quick and take care of us for bringing them business.They did not comp either of us our meal, but only gave us a small discount. They didn’t seem to care when we asked for it.We will be much less likely to bring our groups to this chick fil a in the future.We have another group of about 80 high schoolers coming to Jonesboro again this week and we will be choosing a different location to eat
