I’ve never had a problem with dining in before. The service was great from when I walked in. The hostess was very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile and the server I had was friendly. My food came out pretty fast as well.

Food was good waitress was great and kept our drinks coming. The problem was with the lady that set us at our seats. After she came from the back and interrupted the lady that was already helping us, that we'd already explained to that we wanted a seat away from people and was checking the chart, basically pushes the girl outta the way, and takes us to a seat directly beside another family. After anxiety took over my wife, I went upfront and told the girl we wanted to move and she moved us. The food and everything else was GREAT! BUT, THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE was uncomfortable at best. All because who I'm assuming to be the manager or maybe lead hostess, was rude and overbearing. It's the first time we've ever seen this lady but she may have just ruined one of our top 10 places to eat because she chose to not engage us as customers and made us feel like our requests and needs were irrelevant. Oh and the part where they tell us a certain section is shut down, then maybe 15 mins later that section was full.. It's just really sad for us because Chili's WAS one of our favorite spots to eat😢

We ordered togo... and it was ehh... 2/3 of our meal was delicious... the steak meal was horrible. Bland and undercooked. I asked for med . My steak was still alive when I received it. And it just tasted bland. I had to add flavor and cook it more. Just not satisfied tonight.

The young ladies that work here are extremely rude! Management should really step up and do more to ensure that customers are getting great food with a wonderful experience. Unprofessionalism is bad for business.

Hubby and I went to Chili's in Jonesboro tonight. Everything was great! Food was fixed excatly like we ordered it and the service was awesome! Our server was Jaran. We both ordered the 3 for me smash burgers, he had chips & salsa and French fries, I had salad and mashed potatoes. Will be back again.
