I do eat here on occasions as with most restaurants it's always hit or miss. The staff has always been great but I have had some unpleasant experiences with the food!

The manager is very rude and do not know how to address people with nicely manners and I was told I can only have one drink and I know for sure that the limit drinks for one individual is two. Service was so horrible we had to get up and leave and I never had this experience with them previously. I won’t be back ever they have lost a good paying customer.

Steak seemed frozen or spoiled. Had almost no color when cut into and looked super pale of color. Also I love garlic butter but seemed to be just drenched in garlic to help cover up any bad meat taste.

The service was super slow because the poor waitress clearly didn't have a lot of help as she was taking care of more than her fair share of tables. They had employees walking around not helping out. Food took forever but it was good. Clearly needs better management which is sad bc the menu is poppin.
We ironically went to chilis for dinner around 5pm on a Friday at the busiest time, but we were greatly pleased with the service. Our server Garrett was amazing! He was so sweet, funny, and VERY professional. That boy deserves a raise! We hope to see him again.

Don't know about other times, but lunch during the week days is GREAT! The $10.99 burger, fries, chips, and drink special is the best deal in America! The service I've gotten has been exceptional. Is there anywhere you can go and get a deal this good? NO!!!
Food and alcohol was really good 😊 The waitress was very nice and productive, we didn't have to wait on anything.
